FROM STUDENTS4PALIN...MUST LISTEN AUDIO FROM TAMMY BRUCE...

Tammy Bruce Takes It to Ann Coulter and Laura Ingraham

S4P loves Tammy Bruce!
Yesterday, Laura Ingraham and Ann Coulter spent an entire segment unloading on Governor Palin. At one point in the interview, Ingraham pontificated,
“In all seriousness, I think the country is looking for…look, people like Palin, it’s fine to show up at these events and whip up the crowd. There’s a place for that…I think we need that. But people — when I talk to them, they seem to be desperate and hungry more so than ever for real substance beyond kind of the sloganeering and the bumper sticker stuff and Obama is driving the country down.”
Yes, Laura, what you saw at that Tea Party Rally in Iowa–with a bold plan to get the economy back on track–there was no substance there. Governor Palin was just there to whip up the crowd. /sarc  Seriously though, did either of these women watch Governor Palin’s speech in Iowa. As Jedediah Bila reported, Governor Palin
“offered real solutions, including a plan that serves as a stark contrast to our president’s perpetual empty rhetoric: repeal Obamacare, uphold the Tenth Amendment, rein in overregulation, prioritize significant and legitimate spending cuts, cancel unused stimulus money, ‘own up to the debt challenge that is entitlement reform,’ tap into our God-given energy resources and make America ‘the most attractive and competitive place to do business’ by eliminating all federal corporate income tax, corporate welfare and loopholes.”
Yep. Not an ounce of substance there; she only offered the most innovative and serious plan to get the largest economy in the free wold moving.

Meanwhile, Ann Coulter went on to disparage Governor Palin’s supporters and to call her the “Obama of the tea party.” If that’s not a statement made solely for the purpose of ginning up publicity, I don’t know what is.  Coulter has become so irrelevant of late. I guess if you’re desperate to get your name in Politico, your best bet is to say Sarah Palin’s name as many times as you can on national TV. If you trash her enough, then something is bound to stick and maybe you’ll make the morning edition.

Now, it’s interesting that yesterday when I watched this segment, I couldn’t stop thinking about Tammy Bruce and Jedediah Bila. These women actually speak intelligently about substantive matters. Ingraham and Coulter spend an entire segment belittling someone of whom they are both demonstrably envious.

I thought about doing a deconstruction of this segment but then I came across this audio from Tammy Bruce’s show today:
