JOINS THE "COVERUP-CABAL"
September 10, 2011
Dear Washington Times,
I'll try to make this short because I'm quite sure you have received plenty of email and calls concerning your editorial
"Foreign Born Candidate" .
While the bulk of the editorial is factually correct, irrespective of its potential, it appears that even the Washington Times has fallen into the "Coverup-Cabal".
The statement that Obama had "for the most part put the issue to bed" relating to his birth certificate appears to be short on facts and long on unfounded expectations.
Here is an interesting question: Which part did he "put to bed"?
One would have to disagree with your assessment. A review of the entire episode surrounding the release of the birth certificate shows that over 100 professional forensic experts have branded it an "unequivocal" forgery, coupled with the fact that the state of Hawaii, even under a Federal Court order, has refused to allow experts to view the original document, that Obama, purportedly copied and then posted.
Please let your readers, of which I am one, know, just what it is that makes you think Obama has cleared this up.
My belief is that rather than having ended the uncertainties, Obama has raised more questions than there were on the day before he released that forgery.
So...."Put it to bed".......No, not hardly. He may have pulled back the covers and invited the news media to join him in that ever growing nest of arrogance and duplicity , but, what is very disconcerting is that the Washington Times seems to have agreed to join the sleep over.
Regards,
Dwight Kehoe

An election for President and Commander in Chief of the Military must strive to be above reproach. Our public institutions must give the public confidence that a presidential candidate has complied with the election process that is prescribed by our Constitution and laws. It is only after a presidential candidate satisfies the rules of such a process that he/she can expect members of the public, regardless of their party affiliations, to give him/her the respect that the Office of President so much deserves.
