Value Voter Summit Update 1: Oct 6 at 1pm
Dean is at the Value Voter Summit for the registration day and has set up the Birther Summit Press Corner. Too much fun. From the Value Voter Sumit Website
Friday, October 7 marks the beginning of the 6th annual Values Voter Summit in Washington, DC. FRC will play host to grassroots conservatives, luminaries of the conservative movement, seven of the GOP presidential hopefuls, and the buzz is already growing in the media over our presidential straw poll. Now the only thing missing is you!
We know that lots of our friends would like to attend the Values Voter Summit but, for a variety of reasons, aren't able to make it. I'm very pleased to announce that we'll be offering a live stream of the Values Voter Summit completely free of charge. Beginning Friday October 7 at 8:40 AM ET, go to valuesvotersummit.org, and click play on the media player. It's that simple.
A preliminary speaker schedule is available here.
In addition to the video stream of the speakers, our website will feature a select group of friends on Twitter who'll be offering real time commentary on the event. We'd encourage you to join the discussion on Twitter using the hashtag #VVS11. We'll be giving away some great prizes for favorite tweets of the day, so join the discussion and you could win!
That's it for now friends. Mark your calendars, and join us for the live webstream of the Values Voter Summit this Friday October 7, beginning at 8:40 AM ET.

An election for President and Commander in Chief of the Military must strive to be above reproach. Our public institutions must give the public confidence that a presidential candidate has complied with the election process that is prescribed by our Constitution and laws. It is only after a presidential candidate satisfies the rules of such a process that he/she can expect members of the public, regardless of their party affiliations, to give him/her the respect that the Office of President so much deserves.
