New Hampshire Elections Committee Rules They Don't Have Jurisdiction In Criminal Matters: Accepts Obama's Ballot Access Paperwork For 2012; Committee Members Booed And Called Traitors
New Hampshire Elections Committee Rules They Don't Have Jurisdiction In Criminal Matters
Comment from Cdr. Charles Kerchner (Ret.):
New Hampshire Election Commission has ducked the issue and Obama's enablers are gaming the system once again. In effect, even if Obama is a criminal and felon they would allow him on the ballot simply because he filled out his application of candidacy and paid the $1000 fee. What a bunch of B.S. Once again these officials are totally ignoring their oath of office to support and defend the Constitution of the United States and instead eagerly look for legal obfuscations and technicalities in their law books to allow them to duck the issue instead of bringing it to a head to get resolved by forcing Obama to produce true and correct paper certified copies with raised seals of the original contemporaneously generated documents from the issuing agencies (State of Hawaii original vault copy 1961 BC and the Social Security Administration SS-5 form) instead of internet images and unsubstantiated statements from the Obama campaign. This is a disgrace. And our main stream media is the enabler and facilitators allowing this to happen.

An election for President and Commander in Chief of the Military must strive to be above reproach. Our public institutions must give the public confidence that a presidential candidate has complied with the election process that is prescribed by our Constitution and laws. It is only after a presidential candidate satisfies the rules of such a process that he/she can expect members of the public, regardless of their party affiliations, to give him/her the respect that the Office of President so much deserves.
