Susan Rice withdraws from Secretary of State consideration

Susan Rice, the embattled U.S. Ambassador for the U. N., withdrew her name from consideration Thursday to be Secretary of State.
President Barack Obama confirmed the news in a statement Thursday afternoon, saying "While I deeply regret the unfair and misleading attacks on Susan Rice in recent weeks, her decision demonstrates the strength of her character, and an admirable commitment to rise above the politics of the moment to put our national interests first."

  1. I would like to see obama be held accountable for Benghazi. Rice may not be that good, but she is the scapegoat this time. BO is responsible for Benghazi and I think Rice knows it.
