What Arpaio SHOULD HAVE said to Tapper was this: 
Mr. Tapper, your contention that Obama was born in Hawaii is not supported by the FACTS. Furthermore your contention that Obama produced a legitimate document, i.e., long form birth certificate is absolutely not true. No certified document was provided to the American people and what was produced was in fact a pdf composite of a number of different documents. The so-called Obama birth certificate has been analyzed by forensic experts and is indisputably a FORGERY. If you just took the time you could figure this out for yourself. Furthermore Mr. Obama is using a SSN issued to someone else from Connecticut AND his selective service registration is an obvious forgery. I invite YOU, Mr. Tapper, to set up an appointment with Mike Zullo, my lead investigator, and myself and examine the evidence yourself. Then you as a responsible and concerned journalist can report back to your viewers what you saw, what you heard and what you learned. I would suggest that you do that instead of challenging me about that which you either know nothing about OR are perhaps purposely feeding a false narrative to the American people in support of the Obama regime. Which is it Mr. Tapper? Please accept my invitation to get to the bottom of this. I suggest that you start with the video of our press conference March 1, 2012 which was purposely avoided and not reported by the mainstream media. Then we can sit down and discuss in further detail the fraudulent documents and answer your questions.
