Sarah Palin has released a statement to conservative talk host Mark Levin that she's not running for the White House in 2012, he said on Twitter.

“I have decided that I will not be seeking the 2012 GOP nomination for President of the United States,” she wrote. “As always, my family comes first and obviously Todd and I put great consideration into family life before making this decision. When we serve, we devote ourselves to God, family and country. My decision maintains this order.”

Asked if she will support the GOP nominee, Palin told Levin: “I have confidence in that. I look forward to supporting our nominee. … The right candidate will be elevated that will be our nominee. We’ll be able to get behind that person and make sure that Barack Obama is replaced.”

Palin will be appearing on Greta Van Susteren’s Fox News show on Wednesday evening to elaborate on her decision.

Palin’s announcement, made a day after Chris Christie held firm to his decision not to run in 2012, was widely expected. But the formal announcement solidifies the incredibly slow-forming GOP contest in a race that polls show as a Mitt Romney-Rick Perry slug-fest, that in recent days has also shown Herman Cain surging despite a lack of staff, money and infrastructure.

There remains chatter that she could run as an independent hopeful, a possibility that would let her continue to stoke speculation about her future heading into the spring and keep her relevant in the conversation.

Palin did not explicitly rule out a third-party run for the White House during her interview with Levin, though she said, “I would assume that a third party would guarantee” President Barack Obama’s re-election.

However, Palin was the last hope for Romney that a candidate would ding Perry from the right and shave off some of his support. Without that, and with Perry armed with a hefty war chest, Romney is going to have to move fast to solidify support.

Palin is scheduled to speak at Liberty University on Saturday and will then travel to South Korea for a paid speech next week.

Obama reads children book about himself

Before his speech Tuesday at Eastfield College in Mesquite, Texas, President Obama stopped by an early childhood education laboratory to read to children ages 3 to 5.

Among his reading selections: A book about the presidential dog Bo, including a drawing of the president himself.

Some of the kids didn't seem to think the caricature looked much like their guest.
"That's because when they made this book I didn't have any gray hair," Obama said.

Eight preschoolers were seated in a circle when he walked in, sat down and asked each child's name.
One kid took this moment to put his foot behind his head. President asked adults present, "Can you imagine being that flexible?"

Sen. Marco Rubio's parents were not naturalized at the time of his birth. Is he a "natural born Citizen?"

I heard you the other day say that Marco Rubio was a natural born Citizen, period, end of story.   You were very exercised over the issue.

Marco Rubio is NOT a ‘natural born Citizen‘.   The ONLY place in the Constitution, or in any of the amendments where that phrase is used is in Article II, Section 1.   You know that.   It was meant to be a unique requirement of someone who would be President, or Vice President.

The Supreme Court has affirmed the definition of NBC in Minor v. Happersett, 88 U.S. 162 (1875), and the Senate affirmed the two-citizen-parent requirement in April of 2008 with it’s non-binding Resolution 511 as it pertained to McCain.    Finally the intent of the Founding Fathers as to NBC can be found in their writings, with which I know you are most familiar.

Rubio’s parents were not American Citizens when he was born.

You profess to love the Constitution.   I believe you.

I know why you have to maintain your insistence that Rubio is a ‘natural born Citizen‘.   To deny that puts you squarely in the middle of the Birther controversy.    To be front and center on Rubio would put you front and center on Obama, who had at least one parent who was not an American Citizen.

I’m not sure, but I presume you’ve been told that under no circumstance, if you want to maintain your network of radio stations, are you to side with the Birthers, or Constitutionalists.

If so, your hands are tied if you choose to enjoy your comfortable life style over love for this country and what it stands for.

I will continue to listen to you, but I hope when this is finally out, and the truth is known far and wide, you will apologize to your listeners for this disastrous transgression.

I for one will NEVER vote for any ticket which includes Marco Rubio.   There are millions more who are of the same mind set.  I have not fought this battle for three years to give up my principles now.

The Two Scandals That Threaten Obama

The Watergate,Iran-Contra,Monica Lewinsky,and Valerie Plame affairs differed greatly in subject and seriousness,but each showed how a scandal can swallow a presidency. Two grave threats to President Obama’s reelection have likewise grown out of controversies that once seemed minor.
The meltdown of a favored alternative-energy firm and the fallout from a deeply flawed federal gun-running sting have become rapidly developing national stories that the White House can’t control. Drip,drip,drip.
The FBI recently raided the California headquarters of Solyndra,a solar-panel manufacturer that received more than $500 million in public funds under Obama’s stimulus package. Last month,the firm filed for bankruptcy protection,with plans to lay off 1,100 employees. The Wall Street Journal reported that the company was violating the terms of its federal loan as long ago as 2010.
The White House was philosophically invested in Solyndra,too. Vice President Biden spoke via satellite at its groundbreaking. Obama toured its headquarters,saying,“It’s here that companies like Solyndra are leading the way toward a brighter and more prosperous future.”
These facts alone would add up to a scandal. But a more troubling story is emerging with evidence that White House officials pressured the Energy Department and Office of Management and Budget to move quickly on Solyndra. One OMB official wrote in an e-mail to a coworker,“The optics of a Solyndra default will be bad…The timing will likely coincide with the 2012 campaign season heating up.”
Solyndra executives contributed generously to Obama’s 2008 campaign. According to news reports,one of the company’s largest investors,George B. Kaiser,was a frequent White House visitor who raised more than $50,000 for the campaign,which would make $535 million an astonishingly strong return on investment. Despite that,Obama’s top political adviser,David Axelrod,who had a West Wing office when the federal funds were approved,told a Chicago radio station,“I don’t know anybody associated with Solyndra,and I know nothing about the project.”
Last week,when Congress held the first of what will likely be many hearings on the scandal,Solyndra executives invoked their Fifth Amendment right not to incriminate themselves. And this week,we learned that top Obama advisers had warned that the federal loan program in question was risky in October 2010.

BRISTOL, Conn. – ESPN pulled Hank Williams Jr.'s classic intro song from its broadcast of Monday night's NFL game after the country singer famous for the line "Are you ready for some football?" used an analogy to Adolf Hitler in discussing President Barack Obama.

In an interview Monday morning on Fox News' "Fox & Friends," Williams, unprompted, said of Obama's outing on the links with House Speaker John Boehner: "It'd be like Hitler playing golf with (Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin) Netanyahu."

Asked by the hosts to clarify, Williams said, "They're the enemy," adding that by "they" he meant Obama and Vice President Joe Biden.

Anchor Gretchen Carlson later said to him, "You used the name of one of the most hated people in all of the world to describe, I think, the president." Williams replied, "Well, that is true. But I'm telling you like it is."

"While Hank Williams Jr. is not an ESPN employee, we recognize that he is closely linked to our company through the open to 'Monday Night Football,"' the network said in a statement. "We are extremely disappointed with his comments, and as a result we have decided to pull the open from tonight's telecast."

Williams released a statement through his publicist, saying: "Some of us have strong opinions and are often misunderstood. My analogy was extreme -- but it was to make a point. I was simply trying to explain how stupid it seemed to me -- how ludicrous that pairing was. They're polar opposites and it made no sense. They don't see eye-to-eye and never will. I have always respected the office of the president."

ESPN did not say whether the intro, synonymous with "Monday Night Football" since 1989, would be used again after this week's Colts- Buccaneers game.

"Every time the media brings up the tea party it's painted as racist and extremists -- but there's never a backlash -- no outrage to those comparisons," Williams' statement continued. "Working-class people are hurting -- and it doesn't seem like anybody cares. When both sides are high-fiving it on the ninth hole when everybody else is without a job -- it makes a whole lot of us angry. Something has to change. The policies have to change."

The song "All My Rowdy Friends Are Here on Monday Night" is a remixed version of his 1984 hit "All My Rowdy Friends are Coming Over Tonight." The version won Williams four Emmy Awards in the early 1990s as the opening theme to "Monday Night Football," then on ABC.

Why will the media say nothing about the many software experts who have stated unconditionally that this image does not represent a real birth certificate?

The following has been sent to the White House Correspondents Association.

I have two questions, not for the President, but for the White House Press Corps. 

1. Why is Barack Obama using a Social Security Number, issued out of Connecticut in 1977, when he was 15 years old and living in Hawaii? Keep in mind that if you are over 12 years old you have to apply for your SSN in person.

2. The President held a press conference on April 27^th, 2011. He announced that he had requested a waiver from the Hawaii Department of Health (DOH), in order to obtain a photo copy of his original, long-form, Certificate of Live Birth instead of the computer generated Certification of Live Birth per Hawaii DOH policy. He gave the press a letter from his lawyer Judith Corley requesting the waiver and a letter from Hawaii DOH Director Loretta Fuddy granting the waiver. This waiver allowed the President to get a photo copy of his original birth certificate. But he did not post a photo copy on the White House website he posted a computer generated document. You don’t need a waiver from the Hawaii DOH to get a computer generated birth record and scanning a photo copy in to a computer does not turn it in to a computer generated document. So where is the photo copy of the President’s Certificate of Live Birth and why did he lie about posting it?

The U.S. Constitution requires that the President and Commander-in-Chief be a "natural born Citizen"

Proverbs 14:34, “Righteousness exalteth a nation: but sin is a reproach to any people.”

The sitting President of the United States, whom many Americans conclude evidentially is illegal and ineligible and a usurper, has shown no interest in the fear of God or leading our nation righteously.  The reproach felt is burdensome to those with a fear of God and a desire to be irreproachable before HIM.

In this light, I came to Washington DC saying I would personally arrest B. Obama for the crime of forgery of his birth certificate.  The Secret Service says I cannot and will get nowhere near him.

Let me re-address this situation.  I request to meet the President to discuss the concerns of millions of Americans and my personally held belief that he is accountable to both the Constitution and lower laws, such as those outlawing fraud and forgery.  I sympathize with those Americans who believe in Obama’s ineligibility due to his father not being a citizen, and I consent that this is against the Constitution of the United States of America.

Alas, lawmen and politicians appear weak, cowardly, and uninspired to fulfill their oaths, hear the people, or seek Providence against this national reproach.  This reproach amounts to a re-defining of the Constitution, a removal of the true America for something foreign, and is being done for the sake of Anti-American ideologies, politics and religion.

I stand here in DC, in the face of investigation of Secret Service, with John Wilson seeking audience with elected officials to correct the wrongful precedent set in this country that dictatorship and tyranny should come in the name of good words, but in the action of despair to American citizens.

Those who forged for the President, thus harming him by associating him with the crime, and those who aid and abet Obama to continue his ‘reign’, should also be held accountable.

But leadership matters.  Thus, my efforts now and forever of accountability by Obama to myself and millions of Americans and the Constitution.  However, he may seek us, repair a bit the case, if he will truthfully seek us out.

Will he?  Will Congress and the Supreme Court and the media acknowledge this domestic conflict?

I seek to exalt our nation before our God in righteousness.  Join me in opposing and seeking trial of any person who persist in wrong-doing after being duly notified.  Starting with Obama.

I did not personally arrest him, and so be it.  Who will?  Who will investigate?  Who will realize the evidence already exists?  Who will seek those who have done wrong in forging a document with his name on it?   Which judge will immediately try him in court?

Many questions.   Few answers.  Now we live in reproach before God and the world.  Let us choose the execution of our laws and the accountability of every citizen under them.  No more lies.

B. Obama must be uncomfortable.   His ‘friends’ and his ‘side’ seem so strong and powerful.  But, now, those of us real Americans see the tide is rising in our favor.

That’s why he is as a man on the run from the law.  Constantly, having to excuse his words and deeds, and hide all of his records.

No longer.  Some lawman hear both me and all of this country who indeed want an arrest of Obama and to see him brought to a trial.

I propose the offer to him, due to the precarious nature of the circumstances he finds himself in against the American people to consider God’s grace and righteousness.  Can Obama participate in exalting our nation again before God and Americans?  Only if he repairs the crime of forgery and reverses a long list of grievances.

I, personally, have seen evidence of a certain strength in B. Obama to continue and press on in the face of opposition.   For this, I respect him.  If he shall turn his virtue of patience to that which is pleasing to God, I shall consider such facts and make statements publicly regarding leniency to him.

I am very vocal in my opposition to him.  Americans, do not fail to remember that I’m opposed to him leading and guiding us into reproach before God and willfully continuing criminal actions, lying and usurping the office.

However, if this man, B. Obama, seeks to repair himself honestly before God, I myself, and any other reasonable man or woman should consider God’s hand and miracle and victory and act accordingly.  What mercies and grace God has given me and you?  So shall God do with Obama if he follows God.

And, so shall we seek something good with Obama at that time, but not until.

Yes, I failed to arrest him.  But, the point is made.  I will remain in DC to fight Obama publicly as long as God enables or until Obama reasonably allows me to not have a need to seek justice about him.

Who will see that I have been personally challenged here by the Secret Service?  That many things are left wanting.  I seek the man who holds the highest elected position in this country, so that these words may be read by him and considered.

But, though he has quoted the ‘holy koran’ in the past, I believe the God of Scripture may yet reach his heart, as God reached any of us.  God is all-powerful and Sovereign.  To God be the glory in this life.

I will die for my country or for my God if attacked beyond my ability to resist.  I don’t need to resist arrest as that is not life-threatening.  We must all fear God and not men.  This includes B. Obama.

The domestic conflict continues.  I will not fight in a patriotic fashion without mentioning my God, the God of Scripture who, though Great and Mightier than all His enemies, offers peace in obedience to Him.

Shock Photos: Candidate Obama Appeared And Marched With New Black Panther Party in 2007

New photographs obtained exclusively by BigGovernment.com reveal that Barack Obama appeared and marched with members of the New Black Panther Party as he campaigned for president in Selma, Alabama in March 2007.
The photographs, captured from a Flickr photo-sharing account before it was scrubbed, are the latest evidence of the mainstream media’s failure to examine Obama’s extremist ties and radical roots.
In addition, the new images raise questions about the possible motives of the Obama administration in its infamous decision to drop the prosecution of the Panthers for voter intimidation.
The images, presented below, also renew doubts about the transparency of the White House’s guest logs–in particular, whether Panther National Chief Malik Zulu Shabazz is the same “Malik Shabazz” listed among the Obama administration’s early visitors.
Tomorrow, J. Christian Adams, the Department of Justice whistleblower in the New Black Panther Party case, will release his new book, Injustice: Exposing the Racial Agenda of the Obama Justice Department (Regnery).
The book exposes Obama administration corruption far beyond the Panther dismissal, and reveals how the institutional Left has turned the power of the DOJ into an ideological weapon.
Adams’s book also describes, in detail, the Selma march at which then-Senator Obama was joined by a group of Panthers who had come to support his candidacy.
Among those appearing with Obama was Shabazz, the Panther leader who was one of the defendants in the voter intimidation case that Attorney General Eric Holder dismissed. Also present was the Panthers’ “Minister of War,” Najee Muhammed, who had called for murdering Dekalb County, Georgia, police officers with AK-47’s and then mocking their widows in this video (7:20 – 8:29).
Injustice includes a disturbing photo of Shabazz and the Panthers marching behind Obama with raised fists in the “Black Power” salute.
There are even more photographs.
I have learned that Regnery initially received approval from a person who took pictures of the events in Selma to publish these additional photographs in Injustice.
After the photographer wrote Regnery reversing his permission to include the photographs in Injustice, the images were removed from the photographer’s Flickr account.  Yet we were able to capture them before they disappeared.
The photographs show Obama sharing the same podium at the event with the Panthers.
In the first image, Shabazz stands at the podium, surrounded by uniformed Panthers, including Muhammed. In the second photograph, Obama commands the same podium.

The First Amendment allows photographs of such enormous public importance to see the light of day. Cases, including one involving skimpy photographs of Miss Puerto Rico, have established that fair use and the First Amendment allow publication of these photos.
It is true that then-Senator Hillary Clinton and Al Sharpton were also in Selma at the same event. But the Panthers explicitly came to Selma to support Obama, as Adams details in Injustice.
They spoke with Obama at the podium shown above, and departed together with Obama for the main march itself, as shown by this grainer image captured from YouTube:

Obama seems not to be reviled by the Panthers in any of the video or photographs. And Obama’s own campaign website would post an endorsement by the New Black Panther Party in March 2008.  As Adams writes in Injustice:

Somehow, the fact that the future President of the United States shared a podium with leaders of the New Black Panthers, marched with them, and received a public, formal greeting from their party has vanished from the history of Obama’s campaign. Apart from [Juan] Williams’ single dispatch, no other media outlets ever reported it.

After NPR initially reported that the Panthers were present at the event with Obama, subsequent reports from Selma omitted any mention of the hate group appearing with the future President.
Had any of Obama’s opponents appeared at an event with the KKK or Aryan Nation, The New York Times would have had to double its ink buy.
Obama’s appearance does much more than expose mainstream media hypocrisy. It also exposes an association between a vile racist organization and a future President of the United States. Only the degree of association is subject to debate.
And only a few voices outside the mainstream media have continued to press the Obama administration about its past and present ties to fringe groups.
I have been calling for the White House to disclose which Malik Shabazz visited the private White House residence on July 25, 2009, two months after the DOJ voter intimidation case was dismissed.  So far, the White House has refused to do so, leaving open the question of which “Malik Shabazz” appears in visitor logs released to the public.
To reiterate: nobody, including Adams, is suggesting that Obama is a secret member of the New Black Panther Party. At a minimum, however, the events in Selma expose the media double standard that has buried this story until this week.
The mainstream media should ask Obama a few questions before they rush to his defense:
What did he and Malik Zulu Shabazz say when they conversed that day–something that Shabazz has said happened?
Did the Obama campaign play any role in having the Panthers travel to support his presidential ambitions?
Who posted the Panthers’ endorsement on the Obama campaign’s website, and at whose instructions?
Who–finally–was the Malik Shabazz who visited the White House residence on July 25, 2009?

The Department of Justice produced it prior to the assassination of Anwar al-Awlaki. But they won't release it.



Outside the U.S. government, President Obama's order to kill American citizen Anwar al-Awlaki without due process has proved controversial, with experts in law and war reaching different conclusions. Inside the Obama Administration, however, disagreement was apparently absent, or so say anonymous sources quoted by the Washington Post. "The Justice Department wrote a secret memorandum authorizing the lethal targeting of Anwar al-Aulaqi, the American-born radical cleric who was killed by a U.S. drone strike Friday, according to administration officials," the newspaper reported. "The document was produced following a review of the legal issues raised by striking a U.S. citizen and involved senior lawyers from across the administration. There was no dissent about the legality of killing Aulaqi, the officials said."

Isn't that interesting? Months ago, the Obama Administration revealed that it would target al-Awlaki. It even managed to wriggle out of a lawsuit filed by his father to prevent the assassination. But the actual legal reasoning the Department of Justice used to authorize the strike? It's secret. Classified. Information that the public isn't permitted to read, mull over, or challenge.

Why? What justification can there be for President Obama and his lawyers to keep secret what they're asserting is a matter of sound law? This isn't a military secret. It isn't an instance of protecting CIA field assets, or shielding a domestic vulnerability to terrorism from public view. This is an analysis of the power that the Constitution and Congress' post September 11 authorization of military force gives the executive branch. This is a president exploiting official secrecy so that he can claim legal justification for his actions without having to expose his specific reasoning to scrutiny. As the Post put it, "The administration officials refused to disclose the exact legal analysis used to authorize targeting Aulaqi, or how they considered any Fifth Amendment right to due process."

Obama hasn't just set a new precedent about killing Americans without due process. He has done so in a way that deliberately shields from public view the precise nature of the important precedent he has set. It's time for the president who promised to create "a White House that's more transparent and accountable than anything we've seen before" to release the DOJ memo. As David Shipler writes, "The legal questions are far from clearcut, and the country needs to have this difficult discussion." And then there's the fact that "a good many Obama supporters thought that secret legal opinions by the Justice Department -- rationalizing torture and domestic military arrests, for example -- had gone out the door along with the Bush administration," he adds. "But now comes a momentous change in policy with serious implications for the Constitution's restraint on executive power, and Obama refuses to allow his lawyers' arguments to be laid out on the table for the American public to examine." What doesn't he want to get out?

The Birther Summit's Executive Director, Dean Haskins, will be attending the Value Voters Summit in Washington, DC October 7-9, and will be on hand to discuss the various issues surrounding Barack Obama's ineligibility to be president of the United States, as well as the initiatives of The Birther Summit.
It is The Birther Summit's position that those who will attend this event are precisely the people who should be the most vocal about the constitutional subversion and blatantly fraudulent acts that have been perpetrated upon the American people, so it is essential that The Birther Summit be represented at this event as part of our ongoing efforts of citizen education and raising public awareness of this crucial matter.

UPDATE: Commander Charles Kerchner (Ret) has agreed to provide additional representation for The Birther Summit at the Values Voters Summit. As detailed on The Birther Summit website, Commander Kerchner took a solemn oath to support and defend the Constitution of the United States and feels it is his duty to support and defend the United States Constitution pursuant to that oath.
Commander Kerchner the lead plaintiff and his co-plaintiffs in the Kerchner et al v Obama & Congress et al maintained in the Twelve Counts in their lawsuit filed by Attorney Mario Apuzzo that the putative president, Barack Hussein Obama, is not a "natural born Citizen" as required by Article II, Section 1, clause 5 of the U. S. Constitution and that no one in the election process, including the U.S. Congress which had a duty to investigate the charges against Obama's eligibility (as they did for similar charges against McCain) has fully investigated Obama's hidden and sealed original records as to his early life and have not vetted Obama's Article II eligibility to constitutional standards.

As her website states, CPT Barnett is "suing Obama to force the release of all records that will reveal all of his different citizenships. According to Obama's website he is a "native born" citizen, not a NATURAL BORN CITIZEN as required by the U.S. Constitution. Are we a nation of laws?"
She "attended both the Obama, Columbia treason trial in Harlem, NY, and the court martial trial of LTC Terrence Lakin. Also, was a regional campaign manager for Dr. Orly Taitz, Esq. After all, the Secret Service has the experts in their organization for investigation of forged items. They are charged with investigation counterfeiters, are they not? They have the perfect tools and skilled experts to investigate and find out who was the person who made the forged PDF file long form birth certificate and who placed it on the White House servers on 27 April 2011. When will they do their duty to protect the putative president Obama from document forgers forging his birth certificate? Van Jones Warns Of A Progressive "October Offensive" Against Tea Party

Van Jones, president of the progressive organization Rebuild the Dream, joins The Last Word to discuss what Washington should be doing about jobs. Jones calls the US' deficit problem "phony" and made up.

"Hold on to your hats, we're going to have an October offensive to take back the American dream and rescue America's middle class," Jones told MSNBC's "The Last Word."

Jones warns of an "American Fall" like there was an Arab Spring.

Jones was President Obama's "green jobs czar" until he resigned in fall of 2009. Transcript below:

Van Jones: "We are going to build a progressive counterbalance to the tea party. Eighty percent of Americans agree with everything that you say on this show, but we have no voice. We know that jobs are more important, and this phony, made-up deficit stuff they talk about. We know that people who have done well in America should do well by America and start paying America back in the form of more fair taxes.

"People who benefited from the bailouts and from the tax breaks should start paying America back. They're doing great.

"Everybody else is suffering. That is 80 percent of the majority. And we're going to now have a voice.

"And you're going to see an American fall, an American autumn, just like we saw the Arab spring. You can see it right now with these young people on Wall Street. Hold onto your hats. We're going to have an October offensive to take back the American dream and to rescue America's middle class."
