OATH OF OFFICE

The oath of office of the President of the United States is an oath or affirmation required
by the United States Constitution before the President begins the execution of the office. The wording is specified in Article Two, Section One, Clause Eight:

" I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will faithfully execute the Office of President of the United States, and will to the best of my ability, preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States."


TREASON

1. Betrayal of trust or faith; treachery

2. Violation of the allegiance owed to one's sovereign or state; betrayal of one's country,specif., in the U.S. (as declared in the Constitution), consisting only in levying war against the U.S. or in giving aid and comfort to its enemies.

Take a good look at this blog. Take a good look at all of the "conservative" blogs. Take a good look at our actions and our beliefs. Take a good look at all of our well-meaning compatriots. We are all threatened, and we know we are threatened. Our way of life is in mortal danger. So, what do we do about it? What can we do about it?

Before we can develop a retaliatory strategy, I suggest we take a good look at what the threat is and how it can even be a threat. Every disgusting individual and organizational action, and every disgusting corrupted element which has been unearthed since January 2008 all boils down to one thing. TREASON!

Certainly we have to systematically investigate and destroy these un-American activities and groups. Certainly we have to reestablish morality and love of country. We have a lot to do in the future - but one thing is obvious and we have been skirting the fundamental issue - everyone who has sworn to uphold the Constitution - the law of our land - and has deliberately failed to do so is guilty of TREASON and is by definition a TRAITOR.

Make no mistake about it - these people are criminals. They belong in jail - they could even belong in front of firing squads. Failure to uphold the Constitution is TREASON. The Constitution is the law of the land.

Lawsuits must be brought against ALL of these people - even if it takes years. The laws of our land have been redesigned and manipulated for their benefit. This is not the place to enumerate all of the delicious scams, the evasions of the law, the inexorable growth of government, and the corruption perpetrated by our elected 'representatives,' and their cronies. This is the time to recognize what we are dealing with - CRIMINALS AND TRAITORS.

They are enemy combatants. They are terrorists outside of the Geneva Convention. They are not a uniformed army - they are infiltrators, they are 'not so secret' enemy agents. If we can't come to grips with this reality we have not educated ourselves to the truth. Do we realize that ALL of our elected representatives who have deliberately ignored Obama's ineligibility to be president according to the requirements of the Constitution...are criminals? Everyone who swore to uphold the Constitution and has failed to do so is a TRAITOR.

Not just the villainous ones who trumpet their superiority over us every day and who collude in the overthrow of the Constitution, but also the ones who we want to believe have integrity like Michelle Bachman and Sarah Palin et al. There can be no whitewashing of this issue. Anyone who is cognizant of this requirement and has sworn to uphold the Constitution and fails to challenge Obama's natural born status is committing TREASON.

Time passes while we celebrate our right to be annoyed. With much gnashing of teeth and flushed face indignity we rail against this tyranny. We've made a few feints at the enemy with Tea Parties and billboards and pink slips: eventually 'they' will realize that we mean business. Maybe a ten million man march singing our new anthem..."You Can't Take That Away From Me." Yeah, that'll get the job done.

Face facts America . Overcoming one administration by voting in our only alternative isn't going to win this war. The two party system is defunct in this age. Our government must be replaced with a non-political 'Patriot Party' whose dedication to the Constitution will be unwavering: who will strip government of it's unlawful usurpation of state sovereignty and peoples rights - who will eradicate all departments of the federal government not mandated by the Constitution, who will defend this country and it's freedoms against any and all who perpetrate illegal acts, including the deportation of all illegal aliens, and prosecuting all who aid and abet them; to defend our borders and restore the immigration system to it's constitutional precepts; to ban the use of any language but English from all government documents. We need, and must have, a new Congress.

The Continental Congress 2009 has already issued their updated Preamble. It unequivocally states it will accept no change to the Constitution of the United States of America . No loyal American can accept any other standard.

All of the changes to our laws which have been deliberately enacted for personal gain, for government control, for special interest advantage must be repealed. All tax evasion privileges granted to 'non-profit' and pseudo religious organizations must be rescinded. All welfare and entitlement programs must be reviewed for corruption, mismanagement and necessity. All political correctness mandates and guilt trip insinuations must be ignored. Prefixes denoting ethnicity before Americanism must be made unlawful. No matter our origins we are Americans, and only Americans. No American should hold Dual Nationality or the passport of any other country. Why should they? All naturalized citizens swore an oath of allegiance to America and the Constitution and renounced their allegiance to their former country.

Voters must provide identification in order to participate in elections. The DMV must reinstate the requirement to provide valid automobile insurance for the granting of a drivers license or registration renewal. No illegal in this country can be employed. Make all cash payments to adults for contracted services - illegal.

The Tax Code must be scrapped and replaced with a simple system which no one can manipulate - or use to gain advantage over others. Government must be reined in, not only it's spending, but it's flagrant disregard of the rights of the citizenry. Never again can we allow our government to act against the interests of the country.

In short, because everything that needs to change cannot be enumerated here - we must have a society of well educated, family oriented, and moral people again - and we must have a self-sustaining national energy program based on technological and scientific data, and not anti-American interests. Since the inception of a federal Energy Department we have been prevented from developing any worthwhile energy program. The nonsensical plans being proposed today are for the benefit of profiteers and not in the national interest. Taxpayers are funding an organization to deliberately deprive us of clean, efficient, reduced cost energy while forcing us to be dependent on our enemies.

The illegal creation of a federal Education Department, also funded by taxpayers, is not to improve education but to dumb down and control our future generations. It's doing one hell of a job in that regard. Education must be taken out of the hands of the federal government, restored to the individual states - and curriculums restructured to support genuine education and American values. Can we not follow logic? GOVERNMENT as we know it has only one purpose in America , and that is CONTROL. Every law and every new government department is for one purpose CONTROL. Crises are artificially created and the answer is always more government growth which in turn means more laws, rules, and regulations - intended for only one purpose...CONTROL. Has any government entity ever managed or solved any problem? It's not meant to - it would no longer have a reason to exist. It's another conduit to manipulate money and people. GROWTH and CONTROL are governments products - and the tragedy is that we pay them with our hard earned money to continue doing so. We support these muggers to actively mug us.

Corruption of any kind and at any level must be vigorously prosecuted. No one is exempt from the law according to our Constitution. Then why is it that so many people get away with breaking the law? We have become a corrupt nation; and how did it happen? You know the answer...we weren't sufficiently interested. We were deliberately distracted. We took our eye off the ball - actually we've never had our eye on the ball. We've been manipulated in a myriad of ways. Are we awake yet? Is America worth saving? It's really up to all of us.

There are people and embryonic organizations developing strategies to regain control of the country. They are struggling for the most part because we have no experience. Frankly none of these efforts will pay off because they won't be timely. Immediate action and a general uprising is needed. How can that be achieved? We must follow a leader. But as Shakespeare said... (Hamlet) "To sleep, perchance to dream- ay, there's the rub.".

Where is that leader? It's odd isn't it...where is that leader? It defies all logic - this is America , the land of patriots. Where is that leader? Or rather...why is there no leader? There is always a leader for freedom. History books are replete with the names of brave men who valued principle above their safety. Our whole history is about freedom from persecution, about equality, and God given rights.

Conservatives have created a thriving cottage industry. They're churning out books at a stunning rate. They're really burning the midnight oil - telling us what's wrong in America - but providing no solutions. In that regard they emulate our government. Spend your money, buy our books - but they must have a reason to write the next one.

If the right person were to offer leadership, to speak the truth without equivocation or purpose of evasion, to create the organization with which to correct the inequities within our system, to enforce prosecution of all the criminality so abundant in our society - we could, in a relatively short period of time be on the road to restoring America to a proudly moral and productive nation.
