A Sucker Born Every Minute, and Two To Take Him

How nice of Rahm Emanuel to offer to personally oversee the 2010 census. We all know about redistricting or what is commonly called "gerrymandering".

The loyal opposition was wise enough to not take Emanuel up on his kind gesture of generosity, however they apparently aren't so wise to wise up to what is happening right under their noses. At least nobody in Washington has said anything about it.

The Constitution calls for a counting of the people every ten years. Therefore we take a census in this country. Originally the main reason for census taking was to apportion the 435 Congressional seats amongst the various states as the population shifts from locale to locale. A simple straight forward way to allow equal representation in the House of Representatives.

Texas has more congressmen than Rhode Island, California more than Florida. Fair enough, except for one minor detail.

As of 1/1/09 we had according to the national population clock right at 306,000,000 people. That would tell us logically each Congressional seat represents 1/435th of 306 million US citizens. That's about 703,500 of us for every congressman.

Here's the catch.

We think there are 12, to 20 million illegals in America. Now divide that by 703,500. That's from 17 to 28 congressional seats going to the illegals. How can I make that claim? Easy, the Constitutional mandate which we call the census says count the people, it doesn't say count the citizens.

Citizenship or not the illegals have been getting their propers from Washington DC for years. It has only gotten worse and worse. Now we find ourselves at critical mass in this country. Take ObamaCare we lost out on killing that bill by less than 5 congressional votes.

California a state awash with illegals has a disproportionate amount of representation, in the Congress, in electoral votes, in federal highway funds, in federal education funding etc. etc. All the other states are having their proper share of representation shaved by the average let's call it 22 congressional votes. Think that matters, of course you know it does.

Oh but surely some will argue, the illegals are spread equally throughout America, and it all comes out in the wash. Again not so. The illegals seem to set up enclaves, or self segregate one reason it's good for group self survival, and another it's easier to function in "little mexico" where Spanish is freely spoken for the no hablo's . Once the group size reaches 703.5 thousand. bingo a congressional district is set up, a predominately hispanic one and from another area of the country say, Beacon Hill in Massachusetts, finds that district spreading out further to encompass their necessary 703.5 thousand, effectively costing that state a lost district while California grows one. So we go from a lost district composed of citizens to a congressional district made up of illegals.

Are the Republicans so stupid that they didn't think about this one, hell no, they are equally guilty because they have been in bed with big business to provide cheap domestic labor. But now we see the fundamental danger to the Republic of what Obama is practicing, he wants a fast track to citizenship because of the ballots it will bring to the Party. They aren't hyping what they have already won though, about 22 voting congressmen and the electoral votes that go with the screwed up census count based on noggins.

If your state has fewer than 22 congressional votes, you may as well hang it up, you are irrelevant, or so the census says. Let's just say for sake of arguement Wisconsin has 22 congressmen and they are all voting FOR say a dairy industry issue, but let's say the Hispanic caucus doesn't want that issue to pass,- Wisconsin's house votes are cancelled out by non- citizen illegal alien votes . This obvious distortion of the intent of the census by the Founders must be changed, we are fighting this battle right now by spotting the Commies 22 votes in the House on each and every issue.
