GOP Rep. Barton: We Will Investigate Obama Administration
Rep. Joe Barton (R-TX) says the top two priorities of a GOP Congress would be to repeal health care and to investigate programs of the Obama administration.
"I obviously oversee the Obama administration. [I would] make sure the cabinet secretaries come before the Congress and explain their priorities in a way that they're not hiding things and certainly we would do health care, energy, the Environment Protection Agency," Rep. Barton tells CNBC.
CNBC hosts try to get Barton to look past 2008-2010 and ask him to investigate 2010-forward

An election for President and Commander in Chief of the Military must strive to be above reproach. Our public institutions must give the public confidence that a presidential candidate has complied with the election process that is prescribed by our Constitution and laws. It is only after a presidential candidate satisfies the rules of such a process that he/she can expect members of the public, regardless of their party affiliations, to give him/her the respect that the Office of President so much deserves.
Quo Warranto has already been served with no results and no response from the Injustice Department.
