Boy...Have you noticed how quiet the Obots are lately?...

[UPDATE 5 (1/22/11): Seems the public will have their rights trampled. Seems the public will have to stand up and demand their rights be respected. Legal doublespeak and complete nonsense from the AP,
"State Attorney General David Louie told the governor that privacy laws bar him from disclosing an individual's birth documentation without the person's consent..."
Why is the State AG being asked to disclose Obama's 'birth documentation?' He isn't the custodian of the records? Actually, he isn't the administrator for HRS338-18(a) or the UIPA either. Of course, privacy laws don't allow him to release birth documentation--he's the state attorney general--not the Director of the Department of Health and he's not an attorney with the Office of Information Practices. Neither the State AG nor the Governor have administrative authority over Obama's vital records. Requests for vital records go to the DIRECTOR of the Department of Health. Hello? Abercrombie is stupid. There's no kind way to say it. The man is dumber than a rock....or he thinks WE are.
Where is the OIP on this matter? Where is the OIP's appeal decision? The people are STILL owed legal decisions from both the HDOH and OIP. If Abercrombie thinks this distraction is going to keep people from demanding their legal rights – he is wrong.
In the last month, Abercrombie has floated a couple of ideas--putting out a forgery and telling people Obama's birth records were *poof* gone. Neither idea was floating too well so like infantile cowards, they decide it's better to convince people that they are too dumb to see the writing on the wall (understand the UIPA) while robbing them of their rights at the same time.
And the dishonest excuse that privacy law prevents them from disclosing anything without Obama's consent just makes Obama look like a bigger baby than ever. What a whiny turd! As if anyone can respect either man. Abercrombie, you and Obama are criminals and you look like a couple of three year olds with your fingers in your ears. Just. Yuck.
This changes nothing. After ten days, we send our requests on to the OIP.
Now, give me the legal appeal decision from the OIP that the law allows me. I hope everyone who made a request will demand their right to an appeal, too--and NOT from the Governor or State Attorney General.]

[UPDATE 6 (1/22/11): By the way, two women on this GLP thread say they have certified copies of Hawaiian birth certificates for their children bearing the REAL official HDOH seal – the one obtained through my open records request. Imagine that.
What's interesting about one of these women, is that she says she has a COLB issued to her son, in 1993, and she says it is a match for the COLB issued in 1991 found on page 6 of this pdf downloadable straight from the Hawaiian government DHS website. The 1993 COLB in the pdf shows many more security features than the more recent, but bogus 'Obama-type' COLBs floated online by 'Polarik 'and his pack of ruthless Obots. And, of course, hers has a seal that is a match to the actual official HDOH seal.
What makes her claim even more astounding is how an Obot another person, 'ps,' who sought me out at another blog when I first 'unveiled' the official HDOH seal, also claimed to have a 1993 issued certified copy; and when she posted (and emailed me) photos of her alleged COLB – it was embossed with 'Obama's' phony DOH seal. At first, this obot person offered to have her alleged COLB sent to me directly from Hawaii. Then she changed her mind when I told her I wanted it by certified mail and I intended to have it authenticated with a notary. It was only then that she decided that she didn't feel safe getting involved. In fact, she removed her bogus images from the web--but of course, I saved them all first.
Personally, I gave her a pass at the time for citing a safety concern...I do not anymore. Dear, Obot Trolls – do not think we are fooled by you and your fake COLBs, we aren't.]
