President (pardon the expression) Obama’s approval rating has hit its highest mark in two years (60%) and more than half of the American people now say he deserves to be re-elected, and what’s more, comfortable majorities of the public now call Obama a strong leader who will keep America safe.
Nearly three fourths – 73 percent – also now say they are confident that Obama can effectively handle terrorist threats.
All of the above garbage comes directly from the Associated Press.
I don’t know who they have been talking to or what they have been smoking but if anyone truly believes this, they have got oatmeal where their brains used to be.
To add insult to injury, according to our friends at Associated Press, 52 percent of Americans now approve of Obama’s stewardship of the economy giving him his best rating on that issue since the early days of his presidency, and get this, they also say that 52 percent also now like how he is handling the nation’s stubbornly high 9 percent unemployment.
Either the Associated Press has their collective heads stuck in their collective anal sphincters, or the American people have lost their mind.
A 25 year old supposedly independent voter from Austin Texas by the name of Allison Kaplan was quoted by AP as saying: “I have the impression that Barack Obama works really hard for Americans and that I see his leadership as something that should be continued.”
She praises the administration for handling bin Laden’s raid well – “the way that it happened was the correct way.”
The correct way? What would you know about it have you ever served in the military or commanded an operation of any kind?
The Associated Press-GfK poll (from which this information was compiled) was conducted May 5-9 by GfK Roper Public Affairs and Corporate Communications. It involved landline and cell phone interviews with 1,001 adults nationwide and has a margin of sampling error of plus or minus 4.2 percentage points.
If those results are anywhere near the truth, the America we knew and loved is gone, and the reason is, too many people have begun to think with their butt instead of their brain.
One week before the bin-Laden raid people were screaming for his head and one week after he is a bloody hero and the savior of the world, when the rumor out of Clowntown D.C. is that he was too wishy washy to give the order (didn’t want to do it) because it would make him look bad politically if it failed (hello Jimmy Carter), so Pannetta with urging from Hillary Clinton, gave the order without Barry’s knowledge.
Moving on to Texas, where the Usurper is fishing for more Hispanic votes, and a long shot immigration overhaul, he stood on the Texas Mexico border for the very first time since assuming office and declared this border is more secure than ever. He openly mocked and derided Republican lawmakers for blocking immigration over border security alone, saying: “They won’t be happy until they get a moat with alligators, they will never be satisfied.”
The alligators might like a little chum in the water and I hear you don’t swim too well Barry.
Clowntown D.C. has been yammering for years about the broken immigration system, but it isn’t broken folks, the laws are on the books but are not being enforced.
When Eisenhower was president, he conducted a thing called Operation Wetback, during which 13 Million illegal aliens were rounded up and deported, if it could be done then why can’t it be done now?
The biggest hindrance to getting it done are a pack of idiots in black robes pontificating from the bench as to the legal reasons why we can’t do it (they need to be impeached). Like hell we can’t it is our country and those border jumping bums have no rights except the right to carry their butt back to where they came from.

Do not open fire on any immigrants moving SOUTH.
On the other hand if they are moving north FUEGO.
I have never heard a politician define COMPREHENSIVE IMMIGRATION REFORM, what the hell does that mean?
We have laws in place already USE THEM

An election for President and Commander in Chief of the Military must strive to be above reproach. Our public institutions must give the public confidence that a presidential candidate has complied with the election process that is prescribed by our Constitution and laws. It is only after a presidential candidate satisfies the rules of such a process that he/she can expect members of the public, regardless of their party affiliations, to give him/her the respect that the Office of President so much deserves.
