Flying on Air Force One, Obama looked at John Kerry, chuckled and said, you know, I could throw a $1000 bill out of the window right now and make someone very happy. Kerry shrugged his shoulders and replied, I could throw ten $100 bills out of the window and make 10 people very happy. Michelle added, that being the case, I could throw one hundred $10 bills out of the window and make 100 people very happy. Hearing their exchange, the pilot rolled his eyes and said to his co-pilot, Such big shots back there. I could throw all three of them out of the window and make 3220 million people very happy.

An election for President and Commander in Chief of the Military must strive to be above reproach. Our public institutions must give the public confidence that a presidential candidate has complied with the election process that is prescribed by our Constitution and laws. It is only after a presidential candidate satisfies the rules of such a process that he/she can expect members of the public, regardless of their party affiliations, to give him/her the respect that the Office of President so much deserves.
