When I helped Ted get elected to Senate, I was convinced he was a principled, Christian conservative unlike any we had seen for ages.  Upon deep research initially to defend him, I found hard evidence that he should not be in office. Current Hawaiian US Senator Mazie Hirono was born to a US citizen mother and a foreign father in a foreign land.  Her mother brought her to the US when she was seven years old. She defines herself as an immigrant is a "naturalized citizen"  according to her biography.

    Ted Cruz is using Hillary' Clinton's lobbyist, and OPEN BORDERS ATTORNEY to fight his eligibility cases.  

    SCOTUS finding from 1971 (Rogers v Bellei) with EXACT circumstances as Cruz found that he would not even be a citizen.

    And the ultimate hypocrisy for someone who is a beneficiary of "birth right" citizenship.  In 2011 he claims he is for it and it won't help to change it.  Now he claims he was ALWAYS for it....INCLUDING in 2011!!

    There is the reality that Republicans could go through the entire primary process, only to have their nominee thrown out, if not substantially delayed (unable to start a campaign for the general election in time).  Rep. Alan Grayson (FL) will also file lawsuit if @TedCruz nominated by GOP.

    In 2014, Ted Cruz claimed that did not know he still had Canadian citizenship, and formally revoked it.

    At right is a clip from a New Hampshire Cruz rally where a 17 year old, first time voter asked how it was possible that Cruz did not know this all along, especially since he was a constitutional expert.  Cruz refused to answer the question, instead claiming that contrary to multiple Supreme Court cases and writings of the founders, "it has always been that way."

    Even when CNN asks Ted to cite the specific legal argument - Cruz simply says "the Constitution is very clear"  - something even legal scholars supporting Cruz's position overwhelmingly deny.

    However, Michael Lubetsky, a Canadian who was on the Princeton debate team with Cruz, has come forward saying that not only did Cruz know, he talked about it often.



    This is in STARK contrast to a statement he put out in 2014.

    Given the raft of stories today about my birth certificate, it must be a slow news day. The facts of my birth are straightforward: I was born in 1970 in Calgary, Canada. Because my mother was a U.S. citizen, born in Delaware, I was a U.S. citizen by birth. When I was a kid, my Mom told me that I could choose to claim Canadian citizenship if I wanted. I got my U.S. passport in high school.
    Because I was a U.S. citizen at birth, because I left Calgary when I was 4 and have lived my entire life since then in the U.S., and because I have never taken affirmative steps to claim Canadian citizenship, I assumed that was the end of the matter. Now the Dallas Morning News says that I may technically have dual citizenship. Assuming that is true, then sure, I will renounce any Canadian citizenship. Nothing against Canada, but I’m an American by birth and as a U.S. Senator, I believe I should be only an American.

    State chairwoman of the Illinois National Republican Assembly claims Cruz implied that he knew he was NOT a natural born citizen when he was running for Senate. 
    “I said to him — on my bucket list, one day I hope to work for the first Latino president of the United States in Washington, D.C. — so I looked right at him and I said, ‘I believe someday you might be that guy.’ He looked back at me and he chuckled, ‘I wasn’t born in America … I was born in Canada.’ We laughed about it.”
    But asked about his eligibility after his CPAC speech in a Q&A with Fox host Sean Hannity, Cruz said, “I was born in Calgary, my mother was an American citizen by birth, under federal law that made me an American citizen by birth. The Constitution requires that you be a natural-born citizen.”
    CRUZ ALSO SAID in an interview with the GOP TEXAS STATE COMMITTEE MEMBER that Barack Obama was NOT a Natural Born Citizen and that the Constitutional definition of NBC was “Two citizen parents and born on the soil.”

    Heidi Cruz was one of 18 committee members who worked for 5 years to override US law to create a North American (EU-like) Union.  It created two political organizations (new UN's for trade) that America would fund and the US would have to submit it's rights to an international court (explained here).  Her endorsement in the last part of the Task Force’s report, “Additional and Dissenting Views,” Heidi S. Cruz wrote (pp. 33-34) is as follows:
    “I support the Task Force report and its recommendations aimed at building a safer and more prosperous North America. Economic prosperity and a world safe from terrorism and other security threats are no doubt inextricably linked. While governments play an invaluable role in both regards, we must emphasize the imperative that economic investment be led and perpetuated by the private sector. There is no force proven like the market for aligning incentives, sourcing capital, and producing results like financial markets and profit-making businesses. This is simply necessary to sustain a higher living standard for the poorest among us—truly the measure of our success.     Campaign Lies, Deceptions and Privacy Invasion

    Ted Cruz had the worst showing in 109 years of any POTUS candidate in their home state. Ted spent $1M and had 50,000 volunteers.  Texas had a 109% better turnout than 2008.  However, in Maine where he spent no advertising, 4 hours away from Massachusetts where he hadn't won a single county 4 days earlier, he ended up with 46% of the vote and a GOP turnout of 342%.  It is statistically impossible and is vote fraud by the Cruz campaign.

    In Utah, former GOP leaders witnessed OVERT vote fraud and ballot stuffing by Cruz operatives.

    Ted Cruz claims he was integral in the Bush/Gore vote recount "process" in Florida.  The leaders remember a single meeting with Cruz and nothing more.  “I have no recollection of working with him or ever seeing him involved in the process,” said Barry Richard, who was the Bush campaign’s lead counsel in Florida.

    National Right To Life says Cruz ads "misleading" on Rubio's record.

    Few Cruz supporters - or Texans - know that Ted began his Presidential campaign THREE MONTHS into taking his Senate seat a a first time congressmen. (Seven months after being elected he said his focus "is not on poltiics" when asked if he was running.)  He disingenuously denied he had already begun running even while spending an inordinate amount of time and money in primary states.

    Ted Cruz has claimed numerous times - in debates, attack ads and interviews - that Donald Trump is for ObamaCare.  Here are a few.  However, not only did Donald Trump invite Ted Cruz to speak at his Mar A Lago resort (see Trump's introduction of Ted in this video), he gave $5,000 to Cruz's PAC because of that stance.

    Ted Cruz has taken a book from Adolph Hitler and Barak Obama in taking a big lie and proclaiming it so loudly, that no one would suspect someone like him would possibly make it.  For example, He says in a fund raising letter that he "will never get" nor does he want "money from D.C. lobbyists or the special interest billionaires."  His own filings tell a completely different story.     Cruz campaign appears to violated HIS OWN STATE'S LAWS in sending out a fake "check" to donor prospects.  (Don't forget - he was Solicitor General of Texas).

    THIS WON'T END BECAUSE OF WHO CRUZ HIRED
    Here is a real sign of character.  When he was running for Senate, the Dewhurst campaign sent out a mailer smearing and lying that Cruz represented a Chinese company stealing American blueprints.  He even claimed he was incensed since it went to his father.  What did Cruz do?  He hired the man who created the mailer TO BE HIS presidential campaign architect.  A man who had no national political success to speak of at that time, but a reputation to be "the worst" of dirty politics, including driving some opponents to suicide.


    Trey Gowdy similarly has had enough.  A facebook post from a fake Trey Gowdy account recently suggested that the Congressman has "had a change of heart" and switched his endorsement from Rubio to Cruz.  Gowdy has absolutely no doubt the Cruz campaign is behind it:

    “In the last week, we have seen a systematic effort by Senator Cruz and his allies to spread false information and outright lies in the hopes of winning votes by appealing to our lowest common denominator."


    THE GOLDMAN SACHS AND CITIBANK LOAN LIES

    Ron Paul came out yesterday created a furor by saying of Cruz, "he’s owned by Goldman Sachs."  The CrowdPAC chart to the right shows that not only is he the largest recipient of Wall Street donations, he has MORE than Hillary. Suddenly those undisclosed loans from Goldman Sachs and Citibank take on a new light.  Two big reasons why this is damning:
    1. The law is clear.  So either Cruz can't manage accurate reporting (something he has derided political opponents and the White House about), or he was lying.
    2. He was already caught lying about this.  Cruz had an eloquent story he originally told:
     “Sweetheart, I’d like us to liquidate our entire net worth, liquid net worth, and put it into the campaign,” he says he told his wife, Heidi, who readily agreed.
    The truth is "liquidate" to Ted was to get a sweetheart loan from his wife's employer and the CAMPAIGN paid it back.   The Cruz's were never out a penny.  And it was a Hillary-like "we were broke" moment.

    Getting confirmation from the FEC of these violations, a former Cruz supporter jumped to Trump after hearing Ted blatantly lie about the facts..  A Must Read with FEC documentation.
