Maya Soetoro was born to Indonesian businessman Lolo Soetoro and American cultural anthropologist Ann Dunham and half-sister to the 44th President of the United States, Barack Obama. While living in Indonesia, she was home schooled by her mother and then attended Jakarta International School and returned to Hawaii and attended the private Punahou School in Honolulu, Hawaii, graduating in 1988.
Besides being the First Sister Maya has a Hawaiian Certification of Live Birth despite be born in Jakarta Indonesia. Supposedly this certificate was used by the Daily Kos to forge an Obama version. Anyone find it odd that Maya, undisputedly born in Indonesia, would have the same type of document as Barack Obama to forge?

An election for President and Commander in Chief of the Military must strive to be above reproach. Our public institutions must give the public confidence that a presidential candidate has complied with the election process that is prescribed by our Constitution and laws. It is only after a presidential candidate satisfies the rules of such a process that he/she can expect members of the public, regardless of their party affiliations, to give him/her the respect that the Office of President so much deserves.

ReplyDeleteNO, she does not. I thought so too at one time. She does not have a Hawaiian Certification because she was not eligible. Her mother had not lived long enough in Hawaii to qualify. Maya is now a naturalized US citizen.
But supposing her mother had lived in Hawaii long enough to qualify, would that have allowed Maya to have a Hawiian certification of live birth proving that she was born in Hawaii? No. The law allows the issue of the Hawaiian birth certificate, but it does not allow it to lie. In such cases when children are born outside of Hawaii, Hawaii issues a document that reads like this: Hawaiian Certification of Live Birth, Place of Birth: Indonesia.
However, you fail to mention one key point. The law allowing Hawaii birth documents to be issued to children born outside of Hawaii was not passed until 1982, more than twenty years after Obama's birth. When he was born the exact reverse applied. It was not allowed for Hawaii to file a foreign birth certificate in a Hawaii birth registry file. If a foreign birth certificate was submitted, a Hawaii file could not be created. The person was simply considered to have been born outside of Hawaii.
Obama has an original birth certificate in his file from 1961. This cannot be a foreign birth certificate. He was born in Hawaii, as this witness confirms: http://www.buffalonews.com/494/story/554495.html
SMRSTRAUSS: wonder where you get your facts, and can you document your claims? Have you seen the alleged birth certificate? We shouldn't have to rely on so-called witnesses. The most meaningless job in America requires an applicant to show his birth certificate and driver's license.
ReplyDeleteIt is proper and indeed, our duty as Americans to make certain our elected officials follow the very Constitution they take an oath to uphold. The question remains: Where's the birth certificate?
It only stands to reason Obama is hiding something. The question is, what is he hiding? The fact that he is not a natural born citizen? Or could it be that he received monetary grants as a foreign student to get into Occidental and Columbia and Harvard? Or could it be he's hiding who his real father is, and Barack Hussein Obama was a handy substitute because Frank Marshall Davis was actually guilty of statuatory rape, and the Dunhams couldn't have their good family friend going to jail? There are way too many unknowns. No objective logical person could walk away from this argument without those questions if he or she were intellectually honest. So, SMRSTRAUSS, prove your claims.
Stanley Ann was one strange girl. Since 2007 I've been Researching Obama and learning about his mother creeped me out. For a girl of her generation, she was beyond radical, she was downright scary. And what of her taste in men? For a white American girl educated in the 1940s and 50s, I'd say her parents were some very strange cookies for her to be so peculiar, and to have as their good family friend a black communist poet. There's so much to those weirdo Dunhams we don't know. And this is who raised Obama? Imagine the nuts loose in his head.
