AMERICA...THE TIME IS NOW...

It's my contention that we have said and written enough about Obama's ineligibility without achieving our goal. Why is that so?

PREFACE

The Constitution is the Supreme Law of the Land and calls for the separation of powers in which three branches of government can check and balance each other. Those three branches are the executive branch which includes the president, the legislative branch which includes Congress, and the judicial branch which includes the Supreme Court. The men who wrote the Constitution spread the powers of government among these three branches to keep any one branch of government from becoming too powerful.

The Supreme Court is the highest tribunal in the Nation for all cases and controversies arising under the Constitution or the laws of the United States . As the final arbiter of the law, the Court is charged with ensuring the American people the promise of equal justice under law and, thereby, also functions as guardian and interpreter of the Constitution.

An oath of allegiance is an oath whereby a subject or citizen acknowledges his/her duty of allegiance and swears loyalty to his/her monarch or country. In many modern oaths of allegiance, allegiance is sworn to the Constitution. In particular, in the United States presidents, judges, and military personnel are under an oath to the Constitution.

The Senators and Representatives and the Members of the several State Legislatures, and all executive and judicial officers, both of the United States and of the several States, shall be bound by Oath or Affirmation, to support this Constitution; but no religious Test shall ever be required as a Qualification to any Office or public Trust under the United States .

Each Supreme Court Justice takes the following oath:

"I, [NAME], do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will administer justice without respect to persons, and do equal right to the poor and to the rich, and that I will faithfully and impartially discharge and perform all the duties incumbent upon me as [TITLE] under the Constitution and laws of the United States. So help me God."

All of the administered oaths have one specific in common. They all vow to support the Constitution of the United States .

Since Obama's inauguration there is mounting evidence of non-compliance with the Constitution by the Administration, the Congress, and the Judicial Branch. Efforts by the people to expose this deliberate flaunting of the law of the land has been thwarted by the government, the judiciary and the media. Conclusions can now be drawn that laws are not just being ignored or broken - there is a calculated plan to replace the Constitution with a communist manifesto.

Obama has hidden every record of his existence from the American people including the Congress, the Electoral College, the Judiciary, and all other federal officers who have a solemn obligation to ensure that only qualified candidates may be elected to office. The Miltary has a unique position with regard to the Constitution in that they must question orders that might be unlawful. They have no proof that Obama is legally entitled to be their Commander-in - Chief and so all orders may be illegal.

Article II. Constitution of the United States of America.

Section. 4.
The President, Vice President and all civil Officers of the United States, shall be removed from Office on Impeachment for, and Conviction of, Treason, Bribery, or other high Crimes and Misdemeanors.

Amendment XIV

Section 3.
No person shall be a Senator or Representative in Congress, or elector of President and Vice-President, or hold any office, civil or military, under the United States, or under any State, who, having previously taken an oath, as a member of Congress, or as an officer of the United States, or as a member of any State legislature, or as an executive or judicial officer of any State, to support the Constitution of the United States, shall have engaged in insurrection or rebellion against the same, or given aid or comfort to the enemies thereof. But Congress may by a vote of two-thirds of each House, remove such disability.

An oath of office isn't like the pledge of allegiance; having recited the pledge will not be used against one in any court of law if she later denies the under-Godness of the republic or the existence of liberty and justice for all. An oath is different. A witness in a criminal case takes an oath upon "swearing in" and becomes criminally culpable for lying, withholding information, or failure to appear. Taking an oath obliges one to uphold the terms and principles found within that oath. Ignoring an oath of office, either directly or by obfuscation, means an office holder has failed to uphold a binding agreement and is unfit to remain in office.

· Action is required now

· Waiting for something to happen isn't going to work

· Looking for birth certificates will not produce a satisfactory conclusion at this time

· Pink slips not the answer. Threats are meaningless without authority

· Using the tools available like grand juries, the internet, some of the professional organizations like WND, lawyers, automatic faxes et al...we notify the Administration, ALL members of Congress, all Federal Judges and attorneys, the Military and the Supreme Court, the Electoral College and Governors of States, that failure to uphold the Constitution is a criminal act and will result in prosecution and dismissal from office if they do not take action within thirty days and we set the specific date in writing If they don't act within the stipulated time period they are guilty of malfeasance and in some instances of treason. A demand with a time certain deadline.

Notify all office holders who have sworn to uphold the Constitution to demand Obama proof of US citizenship and the release of ALL records by September XXX, 2009. If they do not comply they will be guilty of breaking their oath and will be kicked out of office, charged as a criminal, found guilty, and will...

Immediately have all salaries cease.

Forfeit all benefits and pensions.

Forfeit all PAC monies received while in office.

Forfeit all monies received from Lobbyists during their tenure.

May serve time in jail.

Can never hold public office again.

The people have this right under the Constitution. Grand juries are legal. The peoples rights are legal and the law can be used to criminally charge everyone who violates the oath of allegiance to the Constitution.
