The Cover Up by Congress & the Major Media of Obama’s Eligibility Issue and Ability to be President and Commander of the Military is a National Disgrace | by CDR Charles Kerchner
For Immediate Release - 10 June 2010
Latest news.
A long-form hospital birth certificate in Hawaii does not exist per Tim Adams, a college professor who lived and worked in Hawaii for 10 years and worked in the Election Office in Hawaii during the 2008 Presidential Election:

Here is how the BIRTH REGISTRATION FRAUD was perpetrated by Obama’s maternal grandmother who falsely and illegally registered her newborn grandson as being born in Hawaii, when he was not. This false registration resulted in creation of a falsified vital record in the Hawaiian data system and produced a Certification of Live Birth “FILING” and the subsequent newspaper notices placed in the local papers by the state’s Bureau of Health Statistics.

Note, even the online digital image of the birth “registration” proffered by Obama says it was FILED but not ACCEPTED.

When will Congress and the Main Stream Media do its duty and investigate this matter in a serious and legal manner? This is a national disgrace!

An election for President and Commander in Chief of the Military must strive to be above reproach. Our public institutions must give the public confidence that a presidential candidate has complied with the election process that is prescribed by our Constitution and laws. It is only after a presidential candidate satisfies the rules of such a process that he/she can expect members of the public, regardless of their party affiliations, to give him/her the respect that the Office of President so much deserves.
