Obama Attacks Arizona Law - Defend Arizona Now!
ALERT: Obama's Federal Government refuses to secure the border and enforce immigration law. The Feds were in court YESTERDAY 7/22 actively seeking to STOP Arizona's law and supporting illegal aliens not American citizens.
Obama is arguing for an injunction in court to halt the law from taking effect, saying the Constitution gives the federal government exclusive authority to enforce immigration law. Well where were the Feds when the Republic of Texas was defending against an invasion at the Alamo? Nowhere to be found -- because ordered liberty MUST be defended from clear and present dangers, and cannot wait on the weak and feckless!

A Hispanic GOP group has announced support for the law and the Arizona Latino Republican Association thus becomes the first Hispanic organization in the country to actively oppose the Department of Justice's lawsuit against the state of Arizona's new immigration law.
Larry Klayman, founder of Freedom Watch, Inc., said he was joined by ALRA Chairman Jesse Hernandez and members of the Phoenix Law Enforcement Association at an announcement Thursday morning in Phoenix.

"This is a way to tell the country that, 'Hey, we're Americans too and we believe in the rule of law," Klayman told Foxnews.com. "It's a way to say, 'We got here legally and we contributed a great deal
We want the rest of the country to recognize that we're with you' [in the national immigration debate]."
Obama lied to Governor Jan Brewer of AZ in the Oval Office. Obama committed to present details within two weeks, regarding his plans for sending National Guard troops to the Arizona border and spending $500 million on border security. Well, time's up, there is no Obama plan and Gov. Brewer is not waiting for Obama to do the job. Obama's biggest action was in retreat – in surrender to the Mexican Invasion he put up signs telling Americans to stay away, as he cannot protect them if they travel within southern Arizona.

Is this really America? Obama seems to be willing to let American citizens like Robert Krentz, a well-respected rancher on the Mexican borderlands of Arizona, be killed by illegals on his family property in cold blood, and still REFUSE to take action to secure the border.
Krentz had a reputation for offering compassionate aid to illegals like those who murdered him. He and his dog were found shot to death on his ranch in the United States 35 miles northeast of Douglas, AZ. His murder has gone unanswered, U.S. Border Agents have been killed and are routinely shot at, and now public death threats are circulating against our sheriffs, police and border patrol. Obama's solution: PUT UP SIGNS telling legal citizens to stay away since he will not secure the border.

Brewer sent a letter to Obama outlining her Four-Point Border Action Surge Strategy. This strategy contains most actions advised in the 2005 Norwood Report, and the Minuteman Civil Defense Corps Project has been calling for these vital actions to be implemented for 5 years – and whole-heartedly supports them TODAY. As Gov. Brewer enumerated in her Four-Point Strategy to Obama:

1. National Guard Personnel and Aviation
"Deployment of 6,000 personnel proposed by Senators Jon Kyl and John McCain for the entire southwestern border.
I want to make sure that these troops have legitimate missions that:
- Support federal, state and local law enforcement—all three!
- Serve as a blocking force to stop illegal crossing activities
- Employ the troops in a way that speaks loudly to all—both north and south of the border—that the U.S. is serious about this matter.
2. Border Fence
Complete, reinforce and then maintain the border fence. (Where fence is installed in Yuma, AZ illegal crossing decreased by 95%)
3. Enforce Federal Law and Appropriately Fund the Effort
The United States must be prepared to detain, prosecute and then incarcerate convicted violators of United States laws. The current “no consequences policy” has resulted in a border security failure. I appreciate your general proposal to commit additional resources, but it is very difficult for me to comment without any details.
4. Reimburse States for the Additional Burden of Illegal Immigration
I must continue the calls for Arizona to be reimbursed for expenses we are forced to carry because of our porous southern border. Arizona and a few other states are at a terrible disadvantage in good times, and an even worse position during bad times, because of the additional costs of illegal immigration. Just in terms of state prison costs, we estimate ongoing expenses at approximately $150 million to incarcerate criminal aliens."
We Say, "Defend Arizona" – Obama And Feds Do Nothing but Sue AZ!
The tragedy is that the escalating violence in our southern sector could have been prevented years ago, and countless innocent American lives saved, if the federal government had responded to our warnings and recommendations, and had acted decisively for a secure border patrolled by the National Guard and a border fence! The brutal death of Rob Krentz, and the level of accelerating violence and social chaos that has the President of the United States now ceding our territory to international bandits is the direct responsibility of the United States government, and its gross dereliction of its duty under the U.S. Constitution.
The Obama administration was and still is grossly negligent in their sworn oaths of office to protect the sovereignty of the United States and the lives of decent, law-abiding Americans like Rob Krentz. The government did not do its job and was complicit in the act when a foreign national invaded American soil and killed yet another innocent U.S. citizen! And now the situation only worsens, as Obama plays politics with border security, and has his Justice Department SUE Arizona for acting to save American lives, property and sovereignty!
Where was our federal government when Robert Krentz was murdered? Why is Washington's response to try to SUPPRESS Arizona's proper and Constitutional defense of our people and lands from foreign invasion? The Minuteman Civil Defense Corps sounded the alarm 5 years ago and this border crisis could have been prevented if the government had done its job!
Support Brewer DO NOT LET Obama Put More Americans at Risk.
Enough is enough! The line has to be drawn! The invasion of America has to end! Justice has to be done for Robert Krentz and all the other good, honest, Americans who have been killed, raped, kidnapped, stolen from, and abused by illegal immigrants! American sovereign territory must be DEFENDED and HELD SECURE!!
It is a dark time in America; it seems as if our voices aren't being heard. But to honor the integrity of kind and decent fellow citizens like Robert Krentz, we need to stand our ground and do what is right! WE MUST NOT BACK DOWN! The most powerful things you have as a citizen is your voice and your ballot, even if so far in Washington, they REFUSE to listen. THE HOUR IS LATE, MAKE THEM HEAR US -- it is the right thing to do!
