RE: ARIZONA ELIGIBILITY LEGISLATION...
Hi all,
I think the ability to call for forensic analysis of documents submitted by a candidate would be able to be addressed by any Citizen of the state of AZ challenging said documentation and eligibility which is permitted under this new law. So not putting the right to forensic examination literally into the law does not preclude that route being taken later if the documentation is challenged under the law by an AZ citizen.
That said, it seems to me that what went on in GA is now going on in AZ. Certain republicans themselves, guided by the national republican leadership in DC, are seeking to provide ways to take the teeth out of this law or kill it to allow Obama to sneak through again in 2012. The RNC at this point is more culpable than the DNC is continuing this charade and finding ways to protect Obama, the usurper with many missing early life documents now occupying the Oval Office. The cover up by both national political parties will be as bad as the crime itself in this case when the election fraud of 2008 as to the presidential candidates allowed on the 2008 ballot is revealed in full to the American electorate. Many heads and reputations will roll on this some day. The truth always comes out.
Keep up the battle for the necessary and proper documentation to support and defend the "natural born Citizen" clause of the U.S. Constitution. Don't let some duplicitous RINO repubs or double talking half-truth spreaders of falsehoods type Dems like AZ Senator Sinema kill this law. Are we going to allow our entire system of government and every institution in it to be corrupted to protect one man ... the usurper Obama. I hope not. Proving one is eligible for the office one is running for is the basic ABC's of common sense for anyone to run for political office. Providing documentation to prove one is eligible is common sense ... necessary and proper information ... to prove one is eligible, in this case under the U.S. Constitution, which was created by the States and We the People. And if the two parties and Congress will not protect a clause in it, Article II Section 1, then the Sates and We the People must ... or we will not have a Constitution left at all under 2+4 more years of Obama.
Stand tall in AZ and pass the law.

so far the republican strategy of enabling obama has worked miracles:
ReplyDeleterepublicans won the house.
many states have their first republican house and senate in well over 100 years (north carolina for example).
the political elite are the winners being both the judge and the jury. the sheeple remain opressed and the luckiest man in politics - obamafraud remains in power. the political elite cannot and will not allow obamafraud to be exposed because the political elite enabled him. don't you get it? you are a serfs and you will eat grass. my hope is there will be a real french revolution in america, though, a guillotine would be to good for some.
