States Now Have No Excuse To Ban Eligibility Laws
What about it Jan? Care to rethink your veto?
Now that Obama is "legit" why the need to hold back? Take it off your plate, get something done for a change.
Let Oklahoma,Georgia, Missouri,Texas and Louisana go forward. Let candidate Obama be sued by citizens who will now have plenty of standing to question what is meant by Art II.
Now the Supremes will have to answer. No more ducking the NBC question.
Will Orly, Apuzzo and the rest, file any suits, asking for rehearings since they were denied this information?
Steve

An election for President and Commander in Chief of the Military must strive to be above reproach. Our public institutions must give the public confidence that a presidential candidate has complied with the election process that is prescribed by our Constitution and laws. It is only after a presidential candidate satisfies the rules of such a process that he/she can expect members of the public, regardless of their party affiliations, to give him/her the respect that the Office of President so much deserves.
