To Anon Re Texas Eligibility Bill

Hi, I am trying to get the scoop on HB295 which according to Berman's Austin office was amended to HB529 and that it was referred to state affairs. ORYR has a statement from Orly in the Arizona bill passing today that I've been unable to verify. I know you keep up with all of this! Thanks

In looking these up on Texas Legislature.gov, there are indeed two bills currently in committee awaiting action. HB 295 is a bill instructing the Texas State Secretary to disallow candidates running for POTUS and VPOTUS, who can not document they are natural born citizens.

HB529 takes things a further step, in that it asks specifically for the candidates running for POTUS and VPOTUS to provide the documentation of the birth hospital and attending physician. It also states in case of no hospital, a certified document attesting to where the birth occurred is necessary.

Sounds a bit hokie, but before anybody panics, Obama is on the hook for two named Honolulu hospitals. Whichever way he goes on them, or if he says neither, born other than at a hospital, then he will be in trouble for election fraud by lying about his Hawaiian Health Dept generated COLB which is claimed to be from information provided by a hospital. Anyway this issue is sliced Obama is screwed.

Obama still has the Kenyan daddy non US citizen hurdle too.

I wouldn't put it past the authors of these various state bills, who are all adding a unique twist, are doing so for reasons that are greater than what meets the eye. They must be conspiring together, each adding little variations that make it harder for Obama to concoct a cogent cover story that will fit every states' questions.
