(Nov. 13, 2014) — At a campaign stop in Lancaster, PA in 2008, then-presidential candidate Barack Hussein Obama pledged to stop executive-branch overreach which circumvented Congress.

“I take the Constitution very seriously,” Obama said at the time. “The biggest problems that we’re facing right now had to do with George Bush trying to bring more and more power into the executive branch and not go through Congress at all, and that’s what I intend to reverse when I’m president of the United States of America.”

Next week, Obama is reportedly poised to issue “executive actions” which will violate federal immigration laws passed by previous Congresses on the basis that the 113th Congress has taken “too long” to send an “immigration” bill to his desk for his signature.

Whether or not Obama is eligible to apply his signature to any congressional bills, treaties, agreements or executive orders is as yet unanswered, as he is reportedly using “four aliases” as determined by a law enforcement investigation spanning more than three years.

Obama, whose real name may be “Barry Soetoro,” has unilaterally altered many of the provisions of the “Affordable Care Act,” known as “Obamacare;” declared that young people under the age of 31 brought to the U.S. by their illegal-alien parents could avoid deportation under certain conditions; allowed criminal illegals not only to remain in the country but to reoffend by releasing them to neighborhoods all over the nation by the thousands and lied about it; and just declared that Chinese citizens’ visas to the U.S. will be issued for ten-year periods instead of for one year.

Regarding Obamacare, Obama had pledged, “If you like your doctor, you can keep your doctor. If you like your plan, you can keep your plan,” neither of which was true, according to the law. An Obamacare “architect,” Jonathan Gruber, was found to have said that the Congressional Budget Office (CBO) and the American people were purposely deceived into believing that the individual mandate was not a tax. “If CBO scored the mandate as taxes, the bill dies,” Gruber said at an unspecified time. “Lack of transparency is a huge political advantage. And basically, call it the stupidity of the American voter or whatever, but basically that was really really critical for the thing to pass… Look, I wish Mark was right that we could make it all transparent, but I’d rather have this law than not.”

Gruber reportedly was the individual who advised the CBO that health care premiums would be lowered by the Affordable Care Act when just the opposite has occurred. Premiums are expected to rise dramatically next year.

Gruber reveled in what he said was the “lack of economic understanding of the American voter.”

Upon taking office, Obama promised “an unprecedented level of openness” and “transparency in government.” His only proffered identification documents, however, have been declared “computer-generated forgeries” by the criminal investigators of the Maricopa County, AZ Cold Case Posse, a fact which the mainstream media has purposely hidden from the American people.

A lawsuit filed on November 6 alleges that career employees of the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agency were threatened, harassed, and deprived of their civil rights by ICE senior supervisors for questioning the “prosecutorial discretion” which the Obama regime adopted unilaterally, without any congressional input, allowing illegal aliens convicted of “identity theft” to remain in the country outside of what had been “mandatory detention” by ICE policy.

Obama has said he honors military veterans but has laid off 90,000 of them, some while still on the battlefield, in favor of the acceptance of illegal aliens into the military’s ranks.

Also in 2008, Obama promised to “fundamentally transform the United States of America.”

Over the last six years, the Obama regime has lied about NSA surveillance of Americans; the gunrunning operation known as “Fast & Furious;” the number of eligible U.S. citizens covered by Obamacare; the IRS’s practice of targeting what it saw as political enemies; the nature of the terrorist attack in Benghazi, Libya on September 11, 2012 which killed four Americans, including the ambassador; and in stating that the Obamacare individual mandate was “not a tax.”

In April 2009, Obama falsely claimed that the passage of the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act “saved or created 150,000 jobs.”

In June 2012, the U.S. Supreme Court upheld the law as constitutional if it were viewed as a tax.

An official statement posted on the White House website early this year said:

“The President will continue to work with Congress wherever he can to keep our economy moving forward and creating jobs. But in the meantime, he’s also going to do everything he can on his own to fight for middle-class families every single day.

And he’s been busy. Using his pen and his phone, the President has helped create new manufacturing jobs, expand apprenticeships, and job training, make student loan payments more affordable, support equal pay and workplace flexibility, cut carbon pollution, and rally support across the country while raising the minimum wage for all workers on new federal contracts. And that’s not all…”
