The legal battle over Obama/Soetoro's dual citizenship is at a crucial point. Those who read my columns have seen the battles for almost a year now.

Dr. Orly Taitz' case seems to be progressing on track now that Judge Carter has set a firm trial date (January 26, 2010) and her legal team is pushing to start discovery. Judge Carter, as I write this, still has not issued a ruling on the defendant's motion to dismiss. This could be tricky.

If you're on this email alert and have not had an opportunity to learn more about the legitimate aspects of this issue, I have written extensively on it. While this column is a bit dated, it has the best links it in for those who might wish to catch up on the facts and not the propaganda spewed by the media, popular TV and radio talk show hosts:

Now, to the meat of this mail. Leo Donofrio is the attorney who had the first case go to the U.S. Supreme Court. It was kicked to the curb without any hearing on the legal merits of the case. It was against three constitutionally ineligible candidates: McCain, Obama and a man born in Nicaragua.

Leo and Dr. Orly Taitz disagree on the issue of whether or not a judge can remove an usurper (president). Attorneys often disagree on points of law, but it doesn't mean we should ignore one over the other in my humble opinon.

I have read every word of Leo's briefs and submissions to the courts. I've also spoken with him quite a bit and interviewed him earlier this year. Leo is one very smart lawyer who is dedicated to the truth, not politics. Anyway, Leo believes the only way to remove an usurper is through the U.S. District Court in Washington, DC and a Quo Warranto action.

Thousands of us spent former U.S. Attorney Jeffrey Taylor (DC) letters asking him to convene a Quo Warranto many, many months ago. Our response: Taylor abruptly resigned from public service and went into private practice. It came as quite a shock.

The U.S. Attorney General can also bring forth a Quo Warranto, but in this case, Eric Holder, is a corrupt political animal who should be indicted by a federal grand jury for obstruction of justice in the murder of Michael Trentadue. The evidence is his own hand writing on documents. The U.S. Senate knew all this and confirmed him anyway.

So, while Orly's case percolates through the system, we must find an "interested party" who lives in Washington, DC to request a Quo Warranto. If you can be that person, please let me know. This is a relatively painless process for the individual once you understand it.

If I lived in Washington, DC., I would have stepped forward earlier this year when Leo was trying to educate everyone and put the squeeze on Taylor. But, since I don't live in DC., I cannot be the one to start the process with the district court.
