Anti-tea movement kicks off with miniscule crowds

Leading up to today’s “National Coffee Party Day” – the countrywide launch of a leftwing movement meant as an answer to the tea parties – a CNN article asked, “Will the Coffee Party rise to the scale of the Tea Party movement? Saturday is the first big test.”
If “scale” is indeed the measure by which the Coffee Party will be graded, however, today’s cup-o’-Joe kickoff has earned a resounding “F.”

Having watched Barack Obama’s sole economic recovery strategy of spending hand-over-fist to “heal” our economic malaise and rampant deficits, we must ask if his theory is a cipher for the mythic phoenix? Is Barack a classical Marxist seeking to fix a broken society via torching our economy to ashes, confident it will arise again, healed by socialism and communism? During a turbulently reckless period he seeks a massive government-directed health care bill. Obama now demands wild expenditures on top of record deficits, in the midst of a prolonged recession, against record unemployment. So, what other motivation does such illogical decision making suggest?
Obama’s and Congress’s Opposition Brief Does Not Address the Kerchner Case But Rather Only a Self-Serving One Created by Themselves

The present response by the defense in the Kerchner et al actiongenuinely reminds one of the above idiom in that the defense counsel had already used what amounts to the same response in their original efforts to subvert and destroy the U. S. Constitution. They apparently think that a repeat is in order and that since they originally misstated the complaint and fooled the original court into siding with them on all points they can once again fool the court with the same antics and the same basic response. No need at all to address the plethora of facts and citations raised in the ACTUAL action - and they certainly have not done so. They’ve totally ignored and not responded to any of them, but perhaps that’s because they realize they cannot do so in any valid (or ethical) fashion as the facts of the case do not favor the positioning they are attempting. Who was it that said:“If the law is on your side argue the law. If the facts are on your side argue the facts. If neither are on your side make something up.”? Indeed they have made something up … and out of whole cloth to boot.

An election for President and Commander in Chief of the Military must strive to be above reproach. Our public institutions must give the public confidence that a presidential candidate has complied with the election process that is prescribed by our Constitution and laws. It is only after a presidential candidate satisfies the rules of such a process that he/she can expect members of the public, regardless of their party affiliations, to give him/her the respect that the Office of President so much deserves.
