That's $345 Million/Year or $.345 Billion per Year-- Is This A Budget Cuttable Item?

Looks like working for The United States House of Representatives is a pretty sweet gig. It appears that you don’t have to run for office, you don’t have to work all year, you get to go home early most Fridays, get to know wealthy, powerful people, eat good food, attend ritzy events, have the ear of a man or woman who makes our nation’s laws, oh, yeah…and you can make $172,500/year.
You read that correctly. $172,500/year.
Like I said, that’s a sweet gig! Where do I apply?
Seriously, I realize it’s nothing compared to unconstitutional expenditures, such as Social Security, Medicare, Medicaid, etc. but it sure is irritating! Not only do they ignore us, talk down to us, insult us, smear us, and even have their staffers & other various thugs (such as SEIU) beat us down, but they pay their helpers about as much as they make!
2,000 of them are making a six figure salary!!
Now obviously, some are paid far less, but how much do you have to pay somebody to help you spend $TRILLIONS of other peoples’ money? How hard is that, really?

An election for President and Commander in Chief of the Military must strive to be above reproach. Our public institutions must give the public confidence that a presidential candidate has complied with the election process that is prescribed by our Constitution and laws. It is only after a presidential candidate satisfies the rules of such a process that he/she can expect members of the public, regardless of their party affiliations, to give him/her the respect that the Office of President so much deserves.
