South Carolina Ponders Constitutional Convention
South Carolina Lieutenant Governor Andre Bauer, issued a letter yesterday, to South Carolina's legislature, recommending a state initiated constitutional convention be convened in accordance with Article V of the US Constitution, for the purpose of amending the constitution to repeal the Health Care bill just passed by Washington D.C.
Bauer noted it would require 33 other states to attend and 38 state legislatures to agree for ratification. He has sent copies of his proposal to all 50 states.
It should be noted most constitutional amendments have taken about 400 days to process before they become ratified.
I commend Lt Governor Bauer for setting this process in motion, all irons need to be in the fire together instead of one at a time. The AG's court action, a call for amending the Constitution and again if they were truly wise a Writ of Quo Warranto should be issued against Obama to prove his rightful standing to be POTUS. Obama's false signature nullifies any Bills he signs as a Usurper.
Contact Lt. Gov. Bauer and suggest a Writ. It would be a lot cheaper and easier than a state convention.

An election for President and Commander in Chief of the Military must strive to be above reproach. Our public institutions must give the public confidence that a presidential candidate has complied with the election process that is prescribed by our Constitution and laws. It is only after a presidential candidate satisfies the rules of such a process that he/she can expect members of the public, regardless of their party affiliations, to give him/her the respect that the Office of President so much deserves.
