FLASH PRESS RELEASE: Pamela Barnett files ELECTION FRAUD LAWSUIT against Damon Dunn, CA SoS Debra Bowen, and CA A/G ‘Jerry Brown! (Posted here). The Post & Email has posted a report on this here.
A former FL Obot ‘Mole’ has perjured himself to get on the ballot as a Republican candidate for CA Secretary of State – in the primaries being held on Tuesday June 8, 2010 (time is of the essence).
Mr. Damon Dunn, a life-long Democrat from TX, then FL (see his FL voter registration form here), financed by someone as yet unknown, to take up residence in Orange County, CA in mid 2009 – when they learned that Dr. Orly Taitz, Esq. was running for CA SoS - in order to enforce our election laws, and to make sure that only Constitutionally eligible candidates would be placed on the ballot in future elections in CA.
(The current SoS, Ms. Debra Bowen, (D) has repeatedly ignored and violated her sworn oath to honor the Constitution, especially in 2008, when she knowingly placed an ineligible candidate for President on the ballot. She would obviously like to be able to repeat this ‘act’ in 2012).
Dunn’s perjured CA Voter Registration Form, filed on 13 Mar 2009, failed to disclose that he had been previously registered to vote as a Democrat in FL. He also needed to be formally disassociated from the Democrat Party 12 months before registering to run as a Republican in CA, which he did not do. That, again, is Voter Fraud, which would also disqualify him from running for CA SoS.
Apparently, on July 10, 2009, Mr. Dunn attempted to have his ‘ineligible voter registration’ record purged from the Duval County, FL, database. This illegal request was recently denied by the Office of the Supervisor of Elections in Jacksonville, FL.
On May 3rd, 2010, a CA voter, Captain Pamela Barnett, faxed a letter of complaint (claiming fraud on Dunn’s CA Voter Registration Form, which would void his registration) and a demand for action on this act of voter fraud. This was followed up by a phone call, but to date there has been no response.
This, then, is an urgent request of all responsible voters in California (and all Americans wanting their vote to count) – to expose the fraudulent candidate, Mr. Damon Dunn, and to put your efforts behind electing a true American patriot, Dr. Orly Taitz, ESQ (R).

P.S. You can be sure that if Mr. Dunn does win in the primaries and in the November elections, the Democrat operatives would have him (a ‘Republican’) thrown out – for the aforementioned breeches of the law.
Therefore, a vote for Damon Dunn is a vote for more of the same, and a continuation of the regime of Debra Bowen – and Barack Hussein Obama.

An election for President and Commander in Chief of the Military must strive to be above reproach. Our public institutions must give the public confidence that a presidential candidate has complied with the election process that is prescribed by our Constitution and laws. It is only after a presidential candidate satisfies the rules of such a process that he/she can expect members of the public, regardless of their party affiliations, to give him/her the respect that the Office of President so much deserves.
