Interesting what you can learn watching C Span. I allude to Congressman Dennis Kucinich's 3/31/11 floor speech. What follows is not a verbatim transcript, for that you may refer to the video link which is Kucinich himself.

Allow me to lay out a Tom Clancy like time line, which Kucinich stated based on sources such as the Congressional Research Service.

11/2/10- Great Britain and France sign a mutual defense treaty. Contained in the treaty are provisions for a series of joint exercises called Southern Mistrial. One such exercise named Southern Storm was planned to take place between 3/21/11 through 3/25/11. The purpose of the exercise was to stage a conventional air attack against a dictatorial ruler of the fictitious nation of South Land. Authorization for this air attack was to be based on a UN resolution.

2/11 The National Front For The Salvation of Libya- N.F.F.S.L commences demonstrations against Libyan Dictator Muammar Qadaffi.

Affiliated opposition leader, Col Califa Hipta, commander of NFFSL's opposition army known as the LNA ( Libyan National Army), having ties to the CIA due to a failed coup attempt against Qadaffi going back to the early 80's, has been living in Virginia for the past 20 years, without any visible means of support, but within the shadows of CIA headquarters in Langley,Virginia..

On or about 3/12/11 LNA Commander Col Hipta, flies from Virginia and re surfaces in Libya.

3/20/11 UN Resolution 1973 authorizing a “No Fly” zone is passed by the UN Security Council. Forces of the United States military are ordered by Barack Obama , to join Britain and France in commencing Operation Odyssey Dawn air strikes against Libya. Fictional exercise Southern Storm originally scheduled to begin 3/21/11 against “South Land” is canceled and substituted by actual operations, re tagged with new names- Odyssey Dawn and Libya, 3/20/11 one day ahead of schedule.

3/28/11 Barack Obama, without consulting congress, after launching his attack absent any overt provocation by Libya against the US, erroneously cites the War Powers Act. On national TV Obama justifies his act to the American people as an international moral obligation. What is now spun by Obama and the media as the Obama Doctrine's “Responsibility to Protect.”

3/31/11 Command hand off takes place- 6 days beyond exercise Southern Storm's end date.


This is an extreme amount of coincidental events. Orchestrated Events would be more accurate. The joint exercises concept called Southern Mistrial/Southern Storm preceded any protests in Tunisia, Egypt, or Libya by nearly three months. The duration of the ficticious exercise was to be 4 days. The duration of the US' “active” involvement prior to command hand off was intended to be days also, the actual hand off (delayed?) 3/31/11. A period of 12 days.

The military exercises scheduled 5 months beforehand, found the forces serendipitously on station ready to commence air strikes, on the same day the UN resolution is approved. Also these exercises were first conceived 11/2/10, Election Day in the U.S. An election which handed Barack Obama a stunning setback, effectively making him a lame duck president for the next two years.

What is the motive, behind staging a revolt in a third world nation, only to ride to the rescue at the last moment? A Messiah complex? Another term in 2012 ? Manipulating the domestic oil market, by destabilizing the OPEC region after declaring an offshore drilling moratorium ? An act causing economic inflationary pressure on an already strained American economy, effectively redistributing wealth by eroding savings,residential and commercial values of the non poverty income sectors?

Who affiliated with the Obama regime would stand to directly benefit, armed with a prior knowledge of an oil market spike? Multi-Billionaire George Soros, a convicted insider information trader? Barack Obama via his mentor George Soros? Was France and Britain originally told for their active participation of 4 days ( 3/21-3/25/11 the exercise dates) both countries could have special rights to Libyan Oil? France Italy and Britain were to date major importers/producers of Libyan oil.

For the sake of political popularity, has Obama reneged on the scope of France and Britain's involvement? Are these two countries, now involved in the conspiracy, on the hook to remain behind while Obama skips out?

The Arab League and UN Resolution 1973 were betrayed by Obama, by mis representing the “No Fly “ zone as a limited scope of action as originally portrayed, switching to that of active war participant providing tank busting, artillery concentration airstrikes and decapitation missions against Qadaffi, while openly allied with the LNA. Who is protecting the civilian non beligerients loyal to Qadaffi from being terrorized by the LNA? Does the flawed Obama Doctrine's Responsibility To Protect only apply in one direction?

We have effectively interjected ourselves into an Obama ordered/CIA fomented civil war. The Arab League has used this Obama betrayal as their excuse to back away from their original commitment of support.

Even if only half of the foregoing is true, if an Impeachable Offense hasn't been committed one never will be.
