Dear Sir,

Quoting from your solicitation for funds email of 3, August; (Emphasis, mine.) "Congress will soon appoint 12 politicians to decide the nation's financial future. A "Super Congress" composed of an unconstitutionally authorized Select Committee of Six Democrats and Six Republicans will hold in their hands the power to either tax us to death or finally stop the Washington spending spigot. Our voices in the next few hours will be critical to the survival of our republic, and the solvency of our children's future."
It is my belief Sir, that sometime in the past you have sworn an Oath of allegiance -- or, an Oath of Office, as an American Citizen.  My question is:  Why, now, do you find it necessary -- or expedient, to betray that Oath?   You have just stated that the  "Select Committee" IS unconstitutional, yet here in this solicitation you are arguing for the make-up of that committee.  Thus, in my opinion, you are recognizing and endorsing the "validity" of the commission which you have just declared UNconstitutional!

I ask you Sir;  why are you not advocating for the recall or impeachment of those  members of Congress who have the audacity -- and lack of moral character, to attempt to amend our Constitution by unconstitutional means in DIRECT VIIOLATION of their Oath of Office in the enactment of this legislation?

It seems, to me, that your failure to directly challenge each Congressperson for THEIR betrayal of their Oath of Office, is a good indication that you do not have the moral courage to make necessary decisions that are required of anyone presuming to be qualified to hold the office of the Presidency of the United States.

Of course, my questions and argument to you are moot IF you, in your heart, are "one of them".
