527 Conservative Political Organization Founder Author of Fake Death Report

Today started off on an uneasy keel for many of Larry’s  friends and family members because the founder of a New York City 527 conservative political organization decided he was going to make conservatives look like idiots.  Freedom Torch Network founder published a fake story claiming Larry Sinclair is Dead which was published at 11:32 PM on November 13, 2011. The author of the article (which spread over the Internet creating very tense times for Larry’s family and friends as well as phone calls to local authorities in an effort to verify the completely fabricated claims) was written by Jonathan Cousar (left)President, LazyLizard Internet, Inc. and Founder of The Freedom Torch Network.
It appears from Mr. Cousar’s article today acknowledging he was the author of an intentionally false story claims in Larry Sinclair is (not) Dead,  he did so to teach conservatives a lesson, because he was tired of people posting about “Larry Sinclair’s wild claims about Obama.”

Last night after tiring of reading the stories that people were posting here on FreedomTorch.com, about Larry Sinclair’s wild claims about Obama, I decided to post a wild claim about Larry Sinclair.  I did this because I wanted to see if the people posting all of his unsubstantiated stories would believe this bogus story of his untimely death.

While Mr. Cousar has every right to not believe Larry’s claims against Obama, he does not have the right to publish intentionally false stories claiming “Police say the other driver got away and there was no sign of the other driver or his car.” What Mr. Cousar did not know is that by including the claim “Police say…” he provided Larry with the legal right to file a criminal complaint in Port Orange , FL against him and Larry did exactly that this evening. Larry will follow-up the filing of his local criminal complaint by also filing a complaint against the Freedom Torch on the federal level as well as with the State of New York tomorrow.
Lets it be made clear, anyone has the right to believe or not believe the allegations Larry Sinclair lodged against Barack Obama in 2008 and stands by to this day. You do not have the right to publish articles where you claim Police or any other Law Enforcement Agency made any statements which you know to be false, especially when those statements are alleging the death of someone. Mr. Cousar has done just that and Mr. Sinclair will follow through with the filing and documenting of Mr. Cousar’s actions.
Mr. Cousar has been sent tweets informing him the Police would like to speak with him. We are more than willing to provide Mr. Cousar with the criminal complaint report number along with the name and phone number of the reporting officer who took the sworn complaint from Mr. Sinclair.
If Mr. Cousar is representative of the Conservative movement in the US (which we know he is NOT) then no wonder conservatives are being ridiculed.

Sadly it appears that Freedom Torch is cast from the mold of DailyKos et al… in their intentional publication of false stories in an effort to make some group or another look like idiots.
