BRILLIANT!...Now they tell us
The U.S. Border Patrol cannot access about 40
percent of the U.S. border with Mexico because of Department of the
Interior and Forest Service rules that prohibit them from driving there,
creating roads, patrolling, installing surveillance devices, or
building infrastructure. That leaves some 800 miles accessible to
migrants entering the country illegally.
