What You Say Matters

We here at Give Us Liberty believe in the 1st Amendment. Every Citizen has the right to speak. What we do not abide is anyone who speaks in half truths, or the twisting of information so as to create disinformation.

The concept of Natural Born as stated in our Constitution, and only in one place-Article II Section I addressing the qualifications for the Presidency- when this vital concept is repeatedly misstated by a certain commenter, then we are left no choice but to ban the intended deception.

It is not a question of not being able to respond, it becomes a rather futile effort to explain, especially when it is obvious the commenter's agenda is keeping a Usurper in Power.

There is a difference in Naturalized Citizens, Native Citizens, and Natural Born Citizens. There is a difference in Vattel's Law of Nations and English Law, the conventions Western Civilization used as guidance in forming laws, especially citizenship recognition as impacted by where birth took place (jus soli), and parents (jus sanguinis) home country issues.

The 14th amendment has absolutely nothing to do with Art II. and the Presidency. The history of the 14th amendment ratified in 1868 dealt with conferring citizenship status to former slaves freed during the Civil War. The 14th has also been the basis of Naturalized Citizen for immigrant issues. Wong Kim Ark being one of the more notable cases in this area of Constitutional Law.

To mix and match these separate terms is unacceptable to us, and we judge any attempt as nothing of use, and bald face distortion. The term Drivel comes to mind as well.

I do not hold myself as someone with all the answers, I encourage you all to search for the truth yourself. However when a fool continues to insist the world is flat, it becomes necessary at some point to end the discussion.
