(Mar. 18, 2010) — A letter received today from a Hawaii cabinet official states that her department “does not maintain vital records of the individual known as ‘Barack Hussein Obama II.’”
Marie C. Laderta, Director of Human Resources Development, signed the letter dated March 11, 2010. It is the first response from anyone in Hawaii to the petitions and letters which The Post & Email sent more than two weeks ago to cabinet officials, all members of the Hawaii legislature, Governor Linda Lingle and Lt. Gov. Duke Aiona. The letter is posted below.
Obamacare: will desperation succeed?
These past few weeks the Democrats, specifically Nancy Pelosi and Barack Obama, have had our Nation in almost a trance. One week they have the votes, the next they don’t. Personally I believe they are in big trouble as failure looms on the horizon. The leadership in the Democratic party have become vindictive and demeaning, even toward its own party members. I would guess the average Democrat sitting in Congress today is saying, “I am damned if I do and damned if I don’t.” They know that back home the reelection is going to get them but now the DNC leadership is telling them if you don’t vote “yes” on this bill it won’t matter as “we will replace you on the ticket.” Wow! How would you like to get up every morning having that type of pressure on your brain?

An election for President and Commander in Chief of the Military must strive to be above reproach. Our public institutions must give the public confidence that a presidential candidate has complied with the election process that is prescribed by our Constitution and laws. It is only after a presidential candidate satisfies the rules of such a process that he/she can expect members of the public, regardless of their party affiliations, to give him/her the respect that the Office of President so much deserves.
