The Soros/DNC recount strategy using Dem Secretaries of State

The Strategy

1) Get or back ex-community organizers into positions of Secretary of State targeting most notably the “swing states”

2) Get the vote close enough or with margin enough to call for a “recount”

a) Method 1: Flood voting systems with bogus voting registrations under the guise of the Help America Vote Act (HAVA), where no data matching is required (blocked by Dem majority in Congress) and questionable ballots are decided by election administrators

i. Bribe people to register ballots with Cigarettes and other means

ii. Bus people over from neighboring states and have them register .. no address to person data matching required

b) Method 2: Enable vote switching on certain Sequoia voting systems in precincts with larger population.

i. Task vote switching under the guise of “technical” difficulty with the machines, thus taking them to privacy for “repair”.

c) Method 3 (NEW): Usher in “Universal Voter Registration” legislation through Congress before 2010 elections

d) Method 4 Assign ex-VP of Sequoia Voting systems as a top advisor to the General Election Commission (Done by BO)

e) Method 5 Grant amnesty through “Immigration Reform”, securing those votes (in process)
