Where Is The Supreme Court ???
You would think the 9 Justices, might figure, seeing how we have a constitutional crisis going on in the executive branch, that just maybe, they ought to seize a little initiative and chime in on what the constitution has to say about Presidential Eligibility.
Would it kill them, to issue a Supreme Court Article II Finding?
The Ivory Tower is cloaked in black robes.

An election for President and Commander in Chief of the Military must strive to be above reproach. Our public institutions must give the public confidence that a presidential candidate has complied with the election process that is prescribed by our Constitution and laws. It is only after a presidential candidate satisfies the rules of such a process that he/she can expect members of the public, regardless of their party affiliations, to give him/her the respect that the Office of President so much deserves.
The Cheap Injustice has been sitting on an eligibility petition with 325,000 signatures since early 2009.
ReplyDeleteHe is "aka Obama's boy" on the court.
All but ONE of the Ssupremes -- knowing that they had a case pending in which aka Obama was the defendant - met with him three days BEFORE the inauguration! IF THAT is not judicial misconduct, what is it? We do not know the subjects of that meeting -- but, it is strange that the "official indoctrination" was botched and it had to be done a second time -- and, without public exposure AND reportedly WITHOUT THE HAND ON A BIBLE! Is that becauses he IS a Muslim? Those (eight?)Supremes that agreed to meet with the defendant -- outside the presence of the plaintiff's attorneys, in secret, should be charged with treason of their Oath of Office.
