Still Legislating From the Bench

Every time a State Legislature and a Governor enacts a law to put a curb on illegal immigrants some idiot in a black robe (known as a federal judge) blocks it from the bench.
ATLANTA Georgia: According to the Associated Press, a federal judge on Monday temporarily blocked parts of Georgia’s strict new law targeting illegal immigration from taking effect, including a provision that authorizes police to check the immigration status of suspects without proper identification and to detain illegal immigrants.
I have to produce ID every time I am stopped, or when I use my credit card, or get on an airplane, why are these wetbacks so privileged that they don’t have to do the same.
Georgia has become the latest in a string of state laws that have been temporarily stopped by legal challenges. All or parts of similar laws in Arizona, Utah and Indiana also have been blocked by federal judges.
The judge also granted a request from civil liberties groups to block a part of Georgia’s law that penalizes people who knowingly and willingly transport or harbor illegal immigrants while committing another crime.
The civil liberties groups had sued to have those and other provisions blocked before they could take effect on Friday, though the judge did toss parts of that lawsuit. The groups had argued that the law allows unreasonable seizures; blocks a constitutional right to travel; and restricts access to government services on the basis of national origin.
To his credit the judge dismissed those claims, as well he should, along with allegations the measure violates property rights and the state constitution.
The operative word in all of this, is ILLEGAL, WHAT PART OF THAT WORD DO YOU BLEEDING HEART KNUCKELHEADS NOT UNDERSTAND?
The last time I looked, these border jumpers have no rights, except the right to turn around and carry their sorry butts back to where they came from.
It is so obvious, that even a blind man can see that Holder’s Department of Justice has no justice in it.
The Usurper in Chief promised a completely transparent administration, my question is:
WHERE THE HELL IS THE TRANSPARENCY AND WHERE IS THE JUSTICE?
The whole judicial system in this country is nothing more than a giant sham.
We the people can no longer depend on justice being done in this country, JUSTICE ISN’T JUST CORRUPT, IT IS DEAD!!!
A state passes a law to curb illegal immigration, and as soon as they do, some federal judge with scrambled eggs where his brain ought to be pontificates from on high that that is within the purview of the federal government (but the federal government is not carrying out its responsibilities in that regard), so my next question becomes: When and who is going to pull that boob down off that federal bench for abrogating his oath of office (you know, the part about protect and defend the constitution against all enemies foreign and domestic.)?
To all of you lawyers and politicians out there who may be reading this?
YOU ARE ALL CROOKED AS A DOGS HIND LEG UNTIL YOU CAN PROVE YOURSELF DIFFERENT, AND THAT BEING SAID, A GANEF IS A GANEF IS A GANEF!

An election for President and Commander in Chief of the Military must strive to be above reproach. Our public institutions must give the public confidence that a presidential candidate has complied with the election process that is prescribed by our Constitution and laws. It is only after a presidential candidate satisfies the rules of such a process that he/she can expect members of the public, regardless of their party affiliations, to give him/her the respect that the Office of President so much deserves.
