Obama’s ineligibility: Prepare to defend America – Regime change
By Lawrence Sellin Full Story
Alexander Hamilton wrote in Federalist No. 16, that the American people are “the natural guardians of the Constitution” and should take whatever action is necessary when their representatives in the federal government concur with the usurpations of another Branch – and thereby violate their oaths to defend the Constitution.
In Federalist No. 33, Hamilton
says:
“If the federal government should overpass the just bounds of its authority and make a tyrannical use of its powers, the people, whose creature it is, must appeal to the standard they have formed [the Constitution], and take such measures to redress the injury done to the Constitution as the exigency may suggest and prudence justify.”

An election for President and Commander in Chief of the Military must strive to be above reproach. Our public institutions must give the public confidence that a presidential candidate has complied with the election process that is prescribed by our Constitution and laws. It is only after a presidential candidate satisfies the rules of such a process that he/she can expect members of the public, regardless of their party affiliations, to give him/her the respect that the Office of President so much deserves.
