re: Right Wing US conspirators

Dear Mr. Doyle,

The so-called “birther” movement is hardly on the fringes of the American Right. Millions of people, right and left, have been awakened to the possibility that “B. Hussein Obama” may, in fact, be Barry Soetoro, an Indonesian Citizen, an illegal alien in the United States. People on both sides of the political spectrum have begun to speak up. Lou Dobbs has said, he believes “Obama” to be American, but with all that has developed over the last six months, he would like to know, with certainty. He is not alone.

You mention the historic issues before the American People, and our Congress. Soldiers fighting overseas, the economy, and health care are all terribly important. The British government has its own basket of concerns as well. What if it was discovered Gordon Brown was Russian, or Polish? Would that not bring down his already shaky government, regardless of the issues facing the British? Same here. There is nothing wrong with being Russian, or Polish. Only if one wants to be President of the United States, or Prime Minister of England.

The “birther” name was given to the movement by the “forgers” themselves. It is not a moniker that was chosen from within. Yet the movement is so much more than “Obama’s” birthplace. The constitution requires a “natural born citizen”. That demands TWO citizen parents. “Obama” has at best, one. He should NEVER have been allowed to run in the first place, regardless of where he was born.

There are plenty of other twists to the story. Significant controversies exist with the online ‘purported’ Certification of Live Birth. (An original, hold-in-your-hand copy has never been proffered.) It is not a birth certificate. Two of the copies bear no seal and/or folds: they are clearly forged. One bears a seal, but carries a border not used for such documents until 2008, even though it is dated 2007. The seal it contains does not match the seals used by the State of Hawaii.

Even his website alluded to a Kenyan birth. Would his birth have been governed by the British Nationality Act of 1948, as he says it was, if he was born in Honolulu? Why was it not governed by the US of A? He admits he had Kenyan nationality which expired on his twenty-first birthday. He says nothing of dual nationality.

Further, there are three possibilities surrounding his passport mystery. A US passport, a British passport, or an Indonesian document was used while traveling in 1981. Not likely that it is American, we were prohibited from traveling freely into war-torn Pakistan in 1981. If it is British, then “Obama” was indeed born in Kenya, period. Ineligible. If he had to travel to Indonesia to re-new a passport, as an adult, he would be Indonesian, even now. There seems to be no record of his naturalization afterwards, nor a legal change of name. That would make him Barry Soetoro, Indonesian citizen, illegal alien in the United States. Ineligible.

His first official act, as president, was to seal all of his records, including school records at Occidental, Columbia, and Harvard. These school records may provide proof that he was indeed here in the US a foreign student.

To add to the mystery, “Obama” has used dozens of social security numbers. Generally, only one is issued. One is from Connecticut, a state in which he never lived. It is apparently for an individual born near the end of the nineteenth century.

The “forgers” daily don their tinfoil hats, trying to make the issue go away. They are increasingly finding themselves unable to quell the rising tide as this story goes mainstream. Congressional representatives are routinely asked questions, and answers are demanded of them, regarding this situation. A bill in Congress, HR 1503, will clear this up for the future, but does not look back.

All over the US people are required to show their documents, for normal, every-day, proof of birth and citizenship. As they are sometimes denied, for questionable or incomplete proof, they are beginning to wonder why “Obama” was not denied. Their stories are becoming additional fuel for the fire.

Thank you,

  1. Superb letter Rob. Nice to set the stupid and ignorant straight as to the real facts. The leftist media both here and abroad are either clueless or malevolent in disseminating the misinformation. It's always amusing to see the Obots argue their point of view. They either ignore or lie.
