AMERICANS SPEAK OUT!...

I did not vote for President Obama but when he won the election I did not realize that Obama hated America and Americans to the degree he has shown over the last 11 months. I did not realize the Obama would dismantle our private sector to the point where many industries are now owned and/or run by the federal government (AKA communism, marxism, socialism...take your pick); push unions and put working Americans down; push marxist health and put seniors at risk; care more about being a buddy to terrorists in foreign lands than protecting the USA!

But the best thing that came out of this is....even though I had stroke and didn't walk very well I got to be part of 1.7 million Americans who marched on DC on 9 12! The best experience of my life! I am part of a letter writing group (one of thousands in our country) writing to senators and representatives asking them NOT TO PASS OBAMACARE, NOT TO PASS OBAMAENERGY!

I have seen an army of Americans go to war on our land every way they can to save our country from Obama, Rahm, Pelosi, Reid, Van Jones, Eric, all the Marxist czars, Rangel, Schumer, Baucus, Waxman!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

First all elections need to be done using paper ballot. The electronic machines allow for the candidate with deeper pockets to win every time.
Second since the first suggestion above of course will not happen, I say it is time to collect the heads of all members of Congress and their extended corrupt networks who have clear violations of law or ethics as relates to common law and business practice. No exceptions allowed. They must be exterminated along with their corrupt networks to stem the problematic injustices they wallow in.
To say the least, I am sick of being victimized by those whom we elect to serve us. I am sick of seeing their scandals played out nightly on various media outlets with no real actions to end their corruptions against the people of this nation.

Are on the verge of a new revolution.
Will do what is necessary to bring equality under the laws of this country back into perspective.
Want the ending to come about of the absolute most corrupt and intertwined agencies of the Federal Reserve, the IRS/Treasury Dept.'s, FDA, SEC, FINRA, and every other federal agency not given the authority to even exist under the supreme law of The Constitution of the United States of America. Most people don't even know that the laws as implemented in the US Code are actually legal and implemented by bureaucratic agencies that have no authority to do so. Read the laws and try to decipher them if you can. They are full of deceptive variants of the words most would never think have a meaning differing than what they hold in those laws. Like the phrase "trade or business" as defined in the US Code means- the performance or functions of a public office. Nothing about private persons and the work they do to earn a living. - ANONYMOUS.

Some more crimes can be added to Obama/Soetoro such as he also has not been transparent in showing his papers such as his birth certificate, passport, college papers, transcripts (apparently, he went to school using foreign student aid), etc. He has not proven his eligibility to hold the office he holds. He has 39 social security numbers, none of which have ever been issued to him; they belong to deceased people. His COLB on the internet is a forgery along with his selective service paper. He has committed fraud, election fraud, voter fraud and treason.

There is so much contraversy over whether Obama is qualified to be President that, my personal belief, if someone is truly qualified and Honest, then they would have no problem releasing these records. But someone who is trying to hide something, who most likely would not be qualified, who has something in their records that would show they are not qualified, then, of course, these people would spend large amounts of money to keep the records from being obtained, such as in the case of Obama.

I personally think that Obama is trying to hide the fact that he is not American born, that his university records show that he was a Far Left Leaning student and an Anti-American.

It is time Obama either show his records, resign, or be IMPEACHED!

Let's not forget that Nancy Pelosi signed two different nomination certification documents after the DNC convention. The certifications for now Pres. Obama and VP Joe Biden contained Constitutional verbiage for only the Hawaii certification, the other 49 states received a version without the Constitutional verbiage. This at least limits her liability to being prosecuted in one state as opposed to all 50 for the falsification. - ANONYMOUS.

Forget that the House Ethics Committee is a bunch of politicians corrupt in their own right. Forget that the House Ethics Committee rarely concerns itself with "ethics" at all - and invariably exhonerate their own by finally announcing that after months of so-called investigations, the subject of their probes was found to have "not done anything ILLEGAL".... They don't have any concept of ethics themselves so why expect them to do anything to those acting unethically/

But why in God's name should the IRS sit idly by and NOT charge Rangle with tax evasion and haul his fat butt into court for prosecution? Why is any so-called ethics investigation of Rangle somehow keeping the IRS from doing to Rangle what they would do to you or I in a heartbaeat - charge us with tax evasion, coverup of assets and conspiracy to evade taxes?

Rangle should be arrested, charge, tried and locked up... When he is safely behind bars, then the good old boys on the Ethics Comittee can continue trying to find time to get around to investigation his lack of ethics...

If we look carefully at our federal government we will see that our problems include not only corrupt politicians (over which we are alleged to have some control - QED), but also the shadow government that actually controls our country (over which we may have only legislative control) including the likes of George Soros who has committed that he will bring down the United States, and the huge bulk of the federal government.

It is my perception that we will solve these problems only by 1) recycling every elected official every election cycle, 2) restoring state's rights and control over the federal government, 3) using sundown clauses to reduce the number of laws we have controlling us now (freedom is the absence of legislation), 4) requiring state control, including compensation and budgets, of all senators and congressmen, 5) restricting federal elections to citizens who are 35 years of age, are taxpayers, and who pass a qualification exam, 6) make it a federal crime to perform any act that contributes to election fraud or to any act which is outside the constraints imposed by the Constitution for the United States (http://www.scribd.com/doc/23978769/Constitution-for-the-United-States), 7) removing the individual income tax from the United States (rescind the 16th Amendment which is probably not legal anyway), 8) ratify the two missing but pending 13th Amendments (see the Scribd link above), 9) impose a 2/3 majority approval requirement on all future federal legislation and a 90 day review period before voting is allowed, 10) seal our borders and protect our sovereign nation, 11) get the government OUT of our education system by dissolving the Departments of Education, and 12) consider eliminating more of the 400+ departments and agencies (see http://www.scribd.com/doc/24633159/US-Government-Departments-and-Agencie...) to trim the size of the federal government.

There are more immediate actions we can and should take, I'm certain, but this is a start. - JUAN.

Our founding fathers warned of unbridled power and went to some lengths to prevent it. Unfortunately they didn’t go far enough. Term Limits for Congress and a return to the citizen legislature is our only hope. We must take our country back from those in Washington caught up on the drug of power and influence.

From 1776 to 1789, America was governed by the Articles of Confederation. The principal rotation in office rules were established to guard against the corruption of absolute power. These limits were designed to ensure against a permanent ruling class of legislators who might become unresponsive to their constituents, which apparently is what we have today. The provision limiting terms was proposed by John Dickenson as part of the Articles of Confederation and adopted October 14th, 1777.

In 1787, delegates met to draft a new Constitution. Most agreed some form of term limits established in the Articles of Confederation, and expected similar limits for the new document. Unfortunately the language limiting terms was deleted from the final draft.

The idea for limiting terms was raised again by Thomas Tucker of South Carolina in the First Congress limiting congressional terms to six years along with a companion bill limiting Senators to six years. Regrettably, Tucker was unable to get a House vote.

For the next century and a half, it wasn’t much of an issue because members limited their own terms. It was customary to only serve no more than four years in the House, or six years in the Senate. Congress was viewed as a temporary assignment to serve the Country and then return to private life.

The same tradition held true for the Executive Branch started by George Washington refusing under great pressure to run for a third term. This tradition was broken by Franklin Roosevelt in 1940. Reform for this broken tradition was swift, while only two years after his death, Congress passed the 22nd amendment limiting the executive branch to two terms in office. It was ratified on March 1st, 1951.

Proposal for Congressional term limits;

Twelve (12) total years eligibility to served in the U.S. Congress.

Three (3) two (2) year terms in the House of Representatives if re-elected, and one (1) six (6) year term in the Senate if elected.

Or two (2) - six (6) year terms in the senate if re-elected.

Once defeated as an incumbent in an election, members would not be eligible to hold any congressional office. They can move on to other elected offices (e.g. State offices, President, etc.) or return to the private sector.

If elected to the House for one term, and then run for the Senate, they would be eligible for one term in the Senate. They then would still be eligible to hold a seat in the House of Representative for two more terms if elected.

A Person may be appointed to complete a term of either House of congress, so long as the remainder of the term will not exceed the 12 year maximum allowed. Appointed time also counts towards eligibility. Under no circumstances will any person be allowed to serve more than twelve (12) years in the U.S. Congress.

Incumbent legislators are re-elected over 90% of the time. Be it name recognition, or people are caught up in their own lives and refuse to take notice to what’s important. Or it could we are engrained with the idea our participation doesn’t matter. Whatever the reason, today more than ever, the people need to stand up and engage their Government. Let their voices be heard to the ones representing us. When you hear an elected official brag about how long they’ve been in office, it should be a call to action to send them home. We need to limit the terms of career politicians, and return to a citizen legislature and a true representative government. This issue has been argued many times before, but I believe the people are ready for a call to action and limiting the terms of those that are destroying our Country. - MICK FIELDS.

End of story. How could you fake a Hawaiian newspaper article from 1967 saying he was born? You can't go back in time; your insides would flip outside your body. That's a ridiculous claim, stop fishing for stupid and untrue things like that. Also, do you not think that the government would do a background check on him? Duh. Finally, hell, if he's smart enough to outsmart the government, that's not your average Joe. I'd like to have someone that brilliant running my country. He's working in the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA's best interest, not his own, not Joe Biden's, not the rich people. Obama is trying to help everyone in the country, not just the rich and upper middle class. You are a selfish snob that can go die in a hole if you haven't any compassion or love for people less fortunate than you. Who really gives a damn what religion he is, or his family is? As long as he is a morally good person, why does his religion matter? It does not. Just because someone isn't Christian does not make them a bad person. It is very rude and biased to see it that way.

Please, be more mature. Use your brains, your ears, your eyes, and your hearts. See not what you want to see, but what is really there. This is very misinformative and misleading. I'm a 15 year old Iowan and I know more about this subject than you do.
