Back From The Enemy's Camp

Somebody had to do it. It wasn't pleasant and it was hard to stomach, but I did it anyway. I sat through another two hours of MSNBC today. Recon Work. I only pretended to partake when the Obama-Aid was passed around by Matthews and Schultz. Sorry I couldn't have stayed longer, but I just couldn't cope with the thought of listening to the drivel of the next couple of Lefty's. I knew if I listened any more, Maddow would turn my stomach and Olbermann's throat plus my hands would have an improptu marriage, so I did the Obama salute thing, recited the "hopin fo some change" ditty, then split after singing the Redistribute The Wealth song.

Immediately upon crossing back over from the dark side, I went straight to my book shelf and began rereading Ronald Reagan speeches out loud, had a long hot shower, then wrapped myself in an American Flag. I'm still a little shaken, but think I'll be okay.

Considering the MSM is a tool of the Obama Regime, today's message is a prelude to what we will be hearing during the State of The Union Address, and for the balance of the run up to the Mid Terms. Here is what I learned-

Fight For Obama Care - Obama is going to stick to his guns at the advice of returning adviser David Plouff. The Republicans will be painted as non contributing obstructionists. Although this is not news to us on the Right, the Liberals seem stuck in a Ground Hog Dayish time warp.The " If this is a new week, then it must be okay to regurgitate the same message, on the off chance somebody out there somehow missed it the first gazillionth time." An observation,{ isn't repeating the same process over and over, with the expectation of a different result, the classic example of insanity?}

Several Uninsured Big Insurance Horror Story Folks Will Be Waved To In The Upper Gallery –Obama Posing and Pandering time.{ If the rebuttal people are on their toes, they will trot out 3 examples to 1 of how their current plan worked just fine for them.}

Sneer At The Filthy Five Supreme Court Justices – a moment to play to the Left. Their so called constitutional lawyer will promise to fight the Supreme Court over last week's ruling, giving aid and comfort not to Al Qaeda, but to the Republicans. Aren't Supreme Court rulings final? If they were fightable as Obama thinks, wouldn't the Supreme Court be named the Not My Final Answer Supreme Court or The Go Ask Your Father Supreme Court?

The Stimulus – It will be talked up as a resounding success, as proof that government creation by taxation, of jobs is the proper path. Lower taxes only puts more money into the hands of Main Street to fritter away.

Remind The Nation Who Is The Party Of No – While forgetting to mention the months long lockout during the final drafting phase of the health care bill or not allowing time to read massive bills before votes, expect Obama to mention how a lack of constructive participation by the “other” party does a disservice to the American people.

Other News: Fed Chairman Ben Bernake is vilified one day by Obama as the Bush Banker, that allowed the bottom to fall out, the next he wants Bernake retained on Geithner's recommendation, by calling him the only man who can keep the whole thing together. Interpretation Bernake performed his demolition job on America's economy to a tee for Soros and the Bilderbergs (including the Bushes) and Bernake continues in his vital position for Team Soros.

Filibuster has To Go: Sen. Tom Harkin, (D) Iowa, wants to revise the Rules of The Senate, whereby the filibuster will become synonymous with the term, two week vacation. Harkin wants a rule whereby the filibuster starts out needing 60 votes to kill, after 3 days it would then need 57 votes to kill, after a week, 54 votes, and finally after two weeks, just 51 votes to stop a filibuster. Never mind the original intent that the filibuster was a defense available to protect a minority view allowing it to be heard, when threatened by an overwhelmingly out of balance Majority.

That's all for now. Over and Out.

Steve
