Orin Hatch(R) UTAH 8-4-09
I just had to bring this back to the blog top. Watch Hatch's body language. Notice how many times he looks down and to the left. Isn't that a sign of lying or being deceptive.
More importantly, if Hatch isn't smart enough to understand which law applies to the office of the POTUS, as a Senator, wouldn't you think he would kinda want to get clarification on that one ???? Nuke Keys an'such.

An election for President and Commander in Chief of the Military must strive to be above reproach. Our public institutions must give the public confidence that a presidential candidate has complied with the election process that is prescribed by our Constitution and laws. It is only after a presidential candidate satisfies the rules of such a process that he/she can expect members of the public, regardless of their party affiliations, to give him/her the respect that the Office of President so much deserves.
It's nice that people are trying to pin their representatives down but it's an abyssmal fact that they have no knowledge of the subject at all - and no desire to educate themselves. Amusing to see the "deer in the headlights" expression.
ReplyDeleteHatch- "Its the Law"
ReplyDeleteInterviewer-"Which Law is that Senator?"
Hatch- " Ooh, I dunno know! One of them I think."
Pathetic.
Denial is a way to defend their position . They know Obama is in the White House illegally , but by continuing their denial they can say they thought he was a natural born citizen according to what they thought . This is how they will avoid prosecution !!!!! They just didn't know . Yeah right .
ReplyDeleteThey'll try no doubt. And no doubt escape justice.
ReplyDeleteIf you or I were before a Judge, we would be told- "Ignorance of the law is no defense."
