Bobby Jindal Not Article II Qualified--Not A Natural Born Citizen

I like Bobby Jindal, I think he is a brilliant and able leader, however it is unfortunate that he may not serve this nation in the capacity as it's President. Article II does not allow this, and Fox News, the RNC pundits or whoever keeps mentioning his name as a possible 2012 candidate need to quit with this talk.

We Constitutionalists will be just as adamant, just as fervent  opposing  Jindal should he opt to run,  for not being an NBC.  Same as we are against Obama or anyone else (about 5% of the US population are not NBC eligible) who would seek this office while breaking and disregarding the Law of the Land., the United States Constitution.

Bobby Jindal

Piyush Amrit "Bobby" Jindal (born June 10, 1971)

Jindal was born in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, to Amar and Raj Jindal, who came to the United States as immigrants from Punjab, India  (October 1970).[2]     (Ed Note Jindal's parents were not US citizens at the time of his birth. Jindal does not meet the qualifications set forth by the constitution to run for President)

Jindal's father, Amar Jindal, received a Bachelor of Science degree in civil engineering from Guru Nanak Dev University.[13][14] Jindal's mother, Raj (Pal) Jindal,[13] is an information technology director for the Louisiana Department of Labor and served as Assistant Secretary to former State Labor Secretary Garey Forster during the administration of Governor Murphy J. "Mike" Foster, Jr.[15] Prior to immigrating to the United States, both his parents were lecturers at an Indian engineering college.[16] According to Jindal, his mother was already four months pregnant with him when they arrived from India.[17] Jindal has a younger brother, Nikesh, who is a registered Republican and supported his brother's campaign for Governor.[18][19] Nikesh went to Dartmouth College and then Yale Law School, where he graduated with honors. He is now a lawyer in Washington, D. C..[14]

  1. I LOVE Bobby Jindal! He has shown so much strength and leadership skills, and I agree with virtually everything he says. I think he would make a terrific POTUS....BUT....he's not a natural born citizen, born to 2 U.S. citizen parents. Therefore, he's not eligible. It drives me crazy when I continue to hear TV pundits say Jindal is a great potential candidate for prez! Jindal is currently on Bret Baiers "12 in 2012" profiling list. I just want to scream at Bret to take Jindal OFF the list, and educate himself on the Constitutional reqs for POTUS. How can TV political talk hosts be so stupid...when it's their duty to educate themselves and know what they're talking about?!!
