Major S. Frederick Cook has, today, taken one of the bolder steps in this issue of Obama's legitimacy. This is not a military proceeding. However, in a military court he could be court martialed; ultimate penalty, death.

He has, today, July 10, 2009, in the US District Court, Columbus GA Division, filed suit (Cook v. Good, et al.) against his command, all the way up to and including the "De Facto President of the United States, Barack Hussein Obama".

He questions the legitimacy of his orders to deploy to Afghanistan, and has asked for a stay of the order, until there is proof that Obama can legitimately give the order. He has stated in his suit that Obama has concealed his vital records, spending, now nearly $1,000,000, so far, to conceal these records, when for $12 he could clear up the issues completely. Mr. Obama has multiple social security numbers, and multiple forgeries on his Certification of live birth. In addition his Selective Service Application appears to have been fraudulently created. There is a strong likelihood Obama is an illegal alien.

Major Cook, a highly decorated officer, with a sixteen year career in the military, on the staff of the Southern Command, is a father, and a highly educated professional with multiple degrees in Economics and in Business Management.

His concern is for the soldiers under his command, and US officers and enlisted men and women, put in harms way, by someone who has no authority to do so.

The case has been set for hearing July 16, 2009 at 9:30am before Federal District Judge Clay D. Land, Middle District of Georgia, Columbus Division, PO Box 124, Columbus GA 31902.
