ObamaCare-- Where Do We Go From Here

The best chance for repealing Obama Care is a) the courts or b) a State called constitutional amendment convention per Article 5. It will take 34 states to call for a convention, and 38 states to ratify a repeal.of ObamaCare or  c) calling for a Writ of Quo Warranto and making the accused-Obama-, prove he is who he says he is, and hasn't falsely claimed eligibility to be POTUS. As we are certain he isn't legitamate, then Obama and ObamaCare would go away regardless of the vote counts in the two house chambers or with the state houses trying to repeal.

In 2012 there are going to be 22 commucrats up for re-election.and 10 republicans. I can name off 15 (d) s that could walk the plank, and 3 rino's/screw-ups that we should target in the primaries.

In looking at the results of the 2010 election we conservatives cleaned some of the rino poop out of the senate chamber and about half of the commucrats up for a new term.

As giddy as we are over the progress and allowing only a 5 minute break to catch our wind, it can not be too early to start zeroing in on the senate targets for 2012.

Here's a list of the demorats I think could be vulnerable in 2012 high lighted in red. The targeted rino's are high lighted in green.

Menedez-New Jer  (Gov Christy brings sanity to New Jersey)
Conrad-Nor Dak  ( even the Native Americans will vote him out)

Brown-Oh  (Ohio is the center of the Tea Party universe)

elections are not a sure bet, especially with the voter fraud, If we got 2/3rds out of these 15  potential  senate pick-ups ( a very ambitious goal), if 2/3rds that would only  add 10 more seats to the 47 in hand if the repubs hold all of their seats that are up. Fifty Seven senate seats will still not be enough to over ride a filibuster in order to repeal ObamaCare. Gutting the bill and reforming it may be the best solution legislatively.
