An election for President and Commander in Chief of the Military must strive to be above reproach. Our public institutions must give the public confidence that a presidential candidate has complied with the election process that is prescribed by our Constitution and laws. It is only after a presidential candidate satisfies the rules of such a process that he/she can expect members of the public, regardless of their party affiliations, to give him/her the respect that the Office of President so much deserves.
The people have a RIGHT TO KNOW who and what their president is.
ReplyDeleteThis is standard procedure.
ReplyDeleteThey always release the court orders for
the presious week on the Monday after the week
in question.
Given that Obama has two spies/appointees on the court, he already knows what the decision is!
Juding from the smiles on his face this morning when he pardoned the Turkey , the decision is
" Denied ".
The only purpose for SCOTUS is to protect and defend the Constution and they will not even do that!
What a bunch of cowards.
I hope I am wrong but my stomach says "DENIED"
Should YOU be correct, it seems likely, to me, that SCOTUS will have pre-empted the authority given to Congress by the Constitution to declare war. The "War" being a civil one ... the citizens against those elected to govern them -- at least, those who so obviously have betrayed their Oath of Office.
ReplyDeleteTo deny the case would be calling for war.
