Obama Missing Historic Boy Scout Jamboree for Fundraisers, 'View' Taping

this man fails to amaze me more every day. His total arrogance of tradition is truly astounding! I guess there aren't enough Boyz From Da Hood in this group. But he can make time to be On-Air with the shrills from "The View". Those harpies vote, and Boy Scouts don't vote. Also with an mass media exposure of millions of TV its easy to dodge the Boy Scouts 100 year anniversary. He's unbelievable isn't he. The Boy Scouts, an extremely honourable group of volunteering, and its 100 year anniversary, and this moron can't find time to be there. After seeing the Obama Youth, chanting and swearing in allegiance, no doubt the video speaks volumes to Chicago land style membership that Obama wants. The Boy Scouts of America were a White organization so toss them to the curb.

Why in the world WOULD he go to the Boy Scouts' Jamboree? Let's see, speak to 40 thousand primarily-conservative future achievers who can't (and, likely, wouldn't) vote for him, or to 4-5 million mostly brain-dead liberal losers whom he can easily turn... I think Obama has perfectly chosen the demographic that will serve Obama best.

This only goes to show America that he is more intersted in his own personal fame, than the rest of the country that he is suppose to be representing. Our grandson is a Boy Scout out at the Jamboree and we are very proud of him. He has invested hundreds of hours participating in fund raisers to save money for his trip and looked forward to seeing the President attend. What a let-down for these boys, enduring the intense heat this year and working to reach their goals and merit badges. Our previous Presidents found the time and importance of honoring these Scouts and I think it is a huge disgrace that Mr. Obama would rather sit and mug for the camera on the View with a bunch of clucks! I also hope all Americans remember this when the next election rolls around. Now, if it were a Muslin program, he'd be right out there Front and Center! The Boy Scouts are God honoring individuals who uphold the Pledge of Allegiance, on which this country is based........ too bad our so called President doesn't!! A Proud Grandparent of a Boy Scout.

The Boy Scouts don’t believe in what Barry believes in. They need a true hard working Republican speaker. Besides, there would be no way to announce Barry… Guest of Honor – No,,,, True American Leader - No,,, Loyal American - No,,, Self Promoting Foreigner – possibly. What a disgrace he is to the United States. He is a total embarrassment as a leader of the free world. 2012 can not come soon enough to vote him out of office. "The View" is a group of women that highlight how shallow and insipid some women can be. Why would he ever submit to such a low class show?

Just why does ANY one think that Obama would attend a Boy Scout Jamboree? Isn't that where thousands of young men and boys say the Pledge of the Allegiance to the Flag. Isn't that where thousands of young men and boys show their awards for living the American Way. Isn't that where thousands of young men and boys show that they love America and know what our way of life means to the world. I doubt that the Marxist in control would ever step near so many proud Americans.

Maybe President Obama feels threatened by attending and speaking to a group where there will be thousands of teenagers with far more leadership skills than he has.

To me this is a disgrace. As the mother of an Eagle Scout, I find this organization to be one of the best. For the president to do this should be no surprise. The future of this country and its youth is the least of his concerns.

My son is a boy scout, and I wish they wouldn't even let him video-tape a message for them. He certainly does no embody the ideals of scouting. He is a poor example for our boys: arrogant, self-serving, dishonest, unwilling to accept responsibility for his actions, willing to stoop to any level to force his will on others, blaming others for his troubles. Let him go play with his Hollywood friends and harpies. They can have him. As for our boys, we will fill them instead with timeless values rather than a vain, shallow quest for approval and ratings.

Fort A.P. Hill is a 20 minute chopper ride from the White House. He could have flown down, given a speech to the Scouts and been back to Andrews by 10 am to fly AF 1 to New York for his tv appearance.. Just like he skipped the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier on Memorial Day for a Chicago Vaca, now he's skipping the BSA 100th Anniversary Jamboree to be on the freakin' View. He doesn't care about America or about its traditions. Can't wait til 2012.

Obama is against everything that Scouting teaches and supports, so this should not be a surprise. The only benefit is that the 100th Anniversary will not be dishonored by his presence and false support.
