She was talking about the financial market meltdown of 2008, and the context was about letting you know that just because she takes lots of money from Wall Street doesn’t mean she wouldn’t put those rat bastards in jail, theoretically, perhaps, on paper . . . but you don’t suppose there might be one individual she thinks is too big to jail, do youse? This is a lot of screeching to sit through but considering how foolish she reveals herself to be, it’s borderline worth it. Close call, though:

An election for President and Commander in Chief of the Military must strive to be above reproach. Our public institutions must give the public confidence that a presidential candidate has complied with the election process that is prescribed by our Constitution and laws. It is only after a presidential candidate satisfies the rules of such a process that he/she can expect members of the public, regardless of their party affiliations, to give him/her the respect that the Office of President so much deserves.
