Pandemic bill allows health authorities to enter homes, detain without warrant

A "pandemic response bill" currently making its way through the Massachusetts state legislature would allow authorities to forcefully quarantine citizens in the event of a health emergency, compel health providers to vaccinate citizens, authorize forceful entry into private dwellings and destruction of citizen property and impose fines on citizens for noncompliance.

If citizens refuse to comply with isolation or quarantine orders in the event of a health emergency, they may be imprisoned for up to 30 days and fined $1,000 per day that the violation continues.

Massachusetts' pandemic response bill

"Pandemic Response Bill" 2028 was passed by the Massachusetts state Senate on April 28 and is now awaiting approval in the House.

As stated in the bill, upon declaration by the governor that an emergency exists that is considered detrimental to public health or upon declaration of a state of emergency, a local public health authority, with approval of the commissioner, may exercise the following authorities (emphasis added):

* to require the owner or occupier of premises to permit entry into and investigation of the premises;

* to close, direct, and compel the evacuation of, or to decontaminate or cause to be decontaminated any building or facility, and to allow the reopening of the building or facility when the danger has ended;

* to decontaminate or cause to be decontaminated, or to destroy any material;

* to restrict or prohibit assemblages of persons;

* to require a health care facility to provide services or the use of its facility, or to transfer the management and supervision of the health care facility to the department or to a local public health authority;

* to control ingress to and egress from any stricken or threatened public area, and the movement of persons and materials within the area;

* to adopt and enforce measures to provide for the safe disposal of infectious waste and human remains, provided that religious, cultural, family, and individual beliefs of the deceased person shall be followed to the extent possible when disposing of human remains, whenever that may be done without endangering the public health;

* to procure, take immediate possession from any source, store, or distribute any anti-toxins, serums, vaccines, immunizing agents, antibiotics, and other pharmaceutical agents or medical supplies located within the commonwealth as may be necessary to respond to the emergency;

* to require in-state health care providers to assist in the performance of vaccination, treatment, examination, or testing of any individual as a condition of licensure, authorization, or the ability to continue to function as a health care provider in the commonwealth;

* to waive the commonwealth's licensing requirements for health care professionals with a valid license from another state in the United States or whose professional training would otherwise qualify them for an appropriate professional license in the commonwealth;

* to allow for the dispensing of controlled substance by appropriate personnel consistent with federal statutes as necessary for the prevention or treatment of illness;

* to authorize the chief medical examiner to appoint and prescribe the duties of such emergency assistant medical examiners as may be required for the proper performance of the duties of office;

* to collect specimens and perform tests on any animal, living or deceased;

* to exercise authority under sections 95 and 96 of chapter 111;

* to care for any emerging mental health or crisis counseling needs that individuals may exhibit, with the consent of the individuals

State and local agencies responding to the public health emergency would be required to exercise their powers over transportation routes, communication devices, carriers, public utilities, fuels, food, clothing and shelter, according to the legislation.

Local public health authorities will be required to keep records of reports containing the name and location of all people who have been reported, their disease, injury, or health condition and the name of the person reporting the case. In addition, citizens may be subject to "involuntary transportation."

Line 341 of the bill states, "Law enforcement authorities, upon order of the commissioner or his agent or at the request of a local public health authority pursuant to such order, shall assist emergency medical technicians or other appropriate medical personnel in the involuntary transportation of such person to the tuberculosis treatment center. No law enforcement authority or medical personnel shall be held criminally or civilly liable as a result of an act or omission carried out in good faith in reliance on said order."

Vaccinate or isolate

Whenever the commissioner or a public-health authority decides it is necessary to prevent a serious danger to the public health, they are authorized:

(1) to vaccinate or provide precautionary prophylaxis (preventative procedure) to individuals as protection against communicable disease and to prevent the spread of communicable or possible communicable disease, provided that any vaccine to be administered must not be such as is reasonably likely to lead to serious harm to the affected individual; and

(2) to treat individuals exposed to or infected with disease, provided that treatment must not be such as is reasonably likely to lead to serious harm to the affected individual. An individual who is unable or unwilling to submit to vaccination or treatment shall not be required to submit to such procedures but may be isolated or quarantined … if his or her refusal poses a serious danger to public health or results in uncertainty whether he or she has been exposed to or is infected with a disease or condition that poses a serious danger to public health, as determined by the commissioner, or a local public health authority operating within its jurisdiction. (emphasis added)

Under such circumstances, authorities are also allowed to decontaminate individuals and perform physical examinations, tests and specimen collection to determine whether "an individual presents a risk to public health." If a citizen refuses, he or she may be isolated, quarantined and/or detained "for as long as may be reasonably necessary," the bill states.

Law enforcement authorities are authorized to "arrest without warrant any person whom the officer has probable cause to believe has violated an order for isolation or quarantine and shall use reasonable diligence to enforce such order. Any person who knowingly violates an order for isolation or quarantine shall be punished by imprisonment of not more than 30 days and may be subject to a civil fine of not more than $1,000 per day that the violation continues." (emphasis added)

Other state quarantine orders

Iowa's Facility Quarantine Order

As WND reported, a blank document from the Iowa Department of Public Health has been discovered online, designed to be filled in with the name of an H1N1 virus victim who is required to relocate from his or her home to a quarantine facility.

The form, which began appearing Aug 31 in e-mails and on the Internet, has concerned a confused public already swimming in conflicting reports about the severity of the swine flu and intrusive government measures that many fear may be taken if the disease becomes a pandemic.

The Iowa document, which WND confirmed with state officials is authentic, has done little to calm the public's fears.

"The Iowa Department of Public Health has determined that you have had contact with a person with Novel Influenza A H1N1," the form reads. "The Department has determined that it is necessary to quarantine your movement to a specific facility to prevent further spread of this disease.

"The Department has determined that quarantine in your home and other less restrictive alternatives are not acceptable," the document continues, before listing mandatory provisions of compliance with relocation to a quarantine facility.

According to the CDC, the following states have implemented legal actions in response to the H1N1 virus:

Florida – the Florida surgeon general suspended distribution permit requirements Florida statutes to allow wholesale distribution of Tamiflu and Relenza. The state has also distributed a series of blank quarantine order forms, including a voluntary home quarantine agreement, a quarantine to residence order, a quarantine to residence order (non-compliance), a quarantine to facility order, quarantine detention order, quarantine of facility order, building quarantine closure order and area quarantine closure order.

Iowa – In addition to the facility quarantine order listed above, Iowa has also made available forms for voluntary home confinement, home quarantine and home isolation.

Massachusetts – Massachusetts lists its own procedures for isolation and quarantine.

North Carolina – The North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services released a draft isolation order that would provide for imprisonment for up to two years and pretrial detention without bail for any citizen who fails to comply with an isolation order.

Washington – Washington grants authority to local health officers to issue emergency detention orders causing citizens to be immediately and involuntarily isolated or quarantined for up to 10 days.

In addition, governors and health commissioners in the following states have declared a state of emergency since April following concerns about the H1N1 virus: California, Florida, Iowa, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Nebraska, New York, Ohio, Texas, Virginia and Wisconsin.

Next step: Mandatory swine flu vaccines?

According to the White House, "Since the novel 2009-H1N1 flu virus emerged in the United States during the third week of April, the president has received regular briefings and asked his Cabinet to spare no effort in addressing this national security challenge."

The White House also lists as a priority, "Preparing for a voluntary, but strongly recommended, H1N1 flu shot program to be available to all Americans that wish to participate over a period of time."

Barbara Loe Fischer, president of the National Vaccine Information Center, referenced the controversial Massachusetts bill in her commentary, "Swine flu vaccine: Will we have a choice?"

Fischer said, "Public health doctors have persuaded legislators to pass pandemic influenza legislation that will allow state officials to enter homes and businesses without the consent of occupants, to investigate and quarantine individuals without their consent, to require licensed health-care providers to give citizens vaccines and to ban the free assembly of citizens in the state."

She said World Health Organization doctors "immediately went into high gear" within days of identifying the new swine flu virus emerging out of Mexico and declared a public-health emergency. Now, Fischer says, the CDC is taking the opportunity to exercise unprecedented power.

"Whenever the CDC now declares a public-health emergency, that declaration allows the Food and Drug Administration to permit emergency-use authorization for drug companies to fast-track creation of experimental drugs and vaccines that do not have to be tested as thoroughly as vaccines that go through the normal FDA-licensing process.

"In this case, Congress responded to the public health emergency declaration by giving a group of drug companies $1 billion to fast-track experimental swine flu vaccines that may include whole, live or killed, or genetically engineered human and animal viruses, chemicals and potentially reactive oil-based adjuvants that manipulate the immune system to boost the vaccine's potency. People who already have sensitive immune systems, such as those with allergy and autoimmune disorders, may be at special risk."

Furthermore, Fischer said 80 percent of all flu-like illness in a normal flu season is not caused by type A and B strains of influenza contained in annual flu shots.

While Fischer argues that citizens should be given the opportunity to voluntarily submit to flu vaccinations, she said, "Vaccine-acquired immunity is temporary while immunity gained after recovering from influenza is longer lasting."

She said people born before 1957 may be naturally protected and at lower risk of being infected because they have long-lasting antibodies working against the virus and helping them resist infection.

"Will health officials allow our children and grandchildren to get the same kind of natural, longer-lasting protective antibodies to type A and B influenza, including the new swine flu?" she asked. "It looks like few choices will be allowed."

Cure more deadly than disease?

Although White House science advisers have warned that up to 90,000 Americans might die from H1N1 during the coming flu season, the head of the CDC responded by telling the public to ignore such a high morality estimate, saying the current H1N1 couldn't kill that many people without mutating.

Use of a similar swine flu vaccine in the United States in 1976 resulted in 25 people suffering from severe paralysis and dying from respiratory failure after being injected with the vaccine – more than the number of lives claimed from the virus itself.

Additionally, the vaccine is said to contain thimerosal, a preservative ingredient composed of mercury that has been linked to autism in young children.

The FDA states, "Thimerosal has been removed from or reduced to trace amounts in all vaccines routinely recommended for children 6 years of age and younger, with the exception of inactivated influenza vaccine."

Thimerosal has also been linked to Guillain-Barre syndrome, or GBS – a serious disorder that occurs when the body's immune system mistakenly attacks the nervous system and may result in death.

In 1976, health officials found nearly 500 cases of GBS, and the vaccine was withdrawn 10 weeks after the link with GBS was suspected. Following the 1976 vaccination against swine flu in the U.S., a retrospective study found a likely eight-fold increase in the incidence of GBS.

Now that the nation is preparing for another round of H1N1 flu shots, the Oregonian reported that the federal government is urging neurologists to keep a close watch for new cases of GBS.

In a study conducted at the University of Hong Kong, the British Medical Journal reported that less than half of 8,500 doctors and nurses in public hospitals will accept vaccination against the swine flu – even following increases in the World Health Organization's pandemic alert level.

The study revealed, "The major barriers identified were fear of side effects and doubts about efficacy."

According to the following London report, investigative journalist Wayne Madsen revealed that even scientists who helped develop a vaccine for small pox are saying they will not take the vaccine and urging friends and family to refrain from taking the injection as well:

Nonetheless, federal authorities are preparing to launch a nationwide campaign to convince Americans to get the swine flu vaccine, the San Francisco Chronicle reported. Government officials have expressed concern that public demand for immunization will not be high enough.

"Many parents (in focus groups) expressed a lot of concerns about 2009 H1N1 vaccine. Those concerns were centered around the fact that it was new and it was being developed quickly," said Kris Sheedy, a communications director with the National Center for Immunization and Respiratory Diseases. "There were comments such as 'this is new and I don't want my child to be a guinea pig.'"

According to the San Francisco Chronicle, the government will spend "about $16 million on outreach to convince people of the need to get the swine flu vaccine."

As WND reported, alarmist language over possible outbreaks of swine flu as well as a series of moves by the federal government are fueling fears federal agents will soon be forcing citizens to be vaccinated – prompting the Constitution Party to launch a pre-emptive defense against any such effort.

Fischer warned that Americans must become educated about vaccination, influenza, vaccine risks and public health laws in their states.

"Every pharmaceutical drug, including vaccines, carries a risk. And those risks are greater for some than others," she said. "In this time of fear, we can't let that fear take away our freedom to make voluntary health decisions. The human right to informed consent to medical risk taking gives citizens the power to make sure that the cure is not more dangerous than the disease."

Healthcare Is Just One Battle In Our War For Survival

When a driver is too much of a risk for the insurance companies to accept, we have a plan called “assigned risk” where the insurance commission assigns the driver’s policy to an insurance company. This allows the driver to be covered and spreads the risk among all insurers in turn. If people with pre-existing health problems can’t get health insurance, why not have a program of assigned risk for health insurance that works like auto insurance?

People who simply cannot afford the costs of health insurance premiums should be allowed to qualify for basic and limited Medicare benefits, providing they are citizens of the U.S. The Medicare funds now going to support the power scooter industry and other non medical costs could be used instead to provide basic healthcare for those who cannot afford it.

Eliminate the medical lawsuits and lawyers who are preying on doctors, hospitals, and pharmaceutical manufacturers and deal with those issues through the licensing boards. If a patient incurs additional costs due to doctor or hospital negligence, those costs could be covered by the patient’s own medical insurance to some degree. Those additional costs to the insurance company will be offset by the billions in savings from lawyers’ fees and lawsuit judgments. If a patient dies, well - that’s what life insurance is for.

By eliminating healthcare costs that are not directly going to provide for actual healthcare, everyone gets covered at affordable rates. No need for a 1000+ page bill that turns the country on its head and violates our freedom and liberty with huge invasions of privacy and government intrusions into our personal lives from government bureaucrats.

Why can’t Congress deliver simple solutions like these? Politics! Everyone wants a piece of the pie. Healthcare bills currently in Congress are not about reforming healthcare. They are about increasing government power, paybacks to political supporters, and advancing socialism and government dependence, which results in more power to Washington politicians.

George Soros funded Apollo Alliance

If it was about healthcare, the bill wouldn’t have been written by Obama’s friends at the George Soros funded Apollo Alliance which parents a litany of left wing radical, if not communist, organizations like ACORN, Organizing for America, SEIU, MoveOn.org, and others.

This Obamanation started with bailouts and stimulus spending. Then advanced to takeovers of Wall Street and the auto industry. Now it’s a takeover of the healthcare industry and next will be the energy industry with cap and trade.” In the mean time, a bill currently in the Senate would give Obama emergency control of the Internet including a “kill switch” to shut down online traffic by seizing private networks. Who or what defines an “emergency,” and what conceivable purpose could be served by seizing the Internet at a time when the people will need it the most?

It also grants authority for the federal government to ignore all privacy contracts and agreements between Internet providers and their clients. In other words, the Internet, and all computer data becomes the property of the White House. Only a fascist dictator could be served by these actions, ergo Hugo Chavez and Fidel Castro taking over their respective medias. This is what Obama plans for us.
It is just incredible to think that the greatest danger to Americans now is our own government. With the constitutional violations of the Bush administration, and now dramatically increased by the fascist Obama administration, it’s almost as though we have been taken over by an enemy nation out to destroy American capitalism and way of life.

This advance of communism has been coming for a long time. I guess some people just have to experience it for themselves before they will believe what we have known for a long time. We are now in a war for the survival of our country and way of life against an enemy who lives in our neighborhoods and uses our laws against us.

When is Congress going to stand up for the American people? When is Congress going to stand up for the Constitution? When is Congress going to stand up to Obama who has been usurping their powers as well as ours?

This was a well funded, well organized campaign to pull a community organizer out of the slums of lower Chicago, dress him up to look professional, fill his teleprompter with a bunch of BS, blame everything wrong with the country on Bush and the Republicans, and label anyone who opposed him a racist. Too many uninformed voters fell for the deception and lies and never even bothered to question Obama‘s qualifications for the office.

Americans were duped by a campaign and a candidate who can‘t even prove that he is an American citizen. The perfect communist plot right out of Karl Marx and Saul Alinsky with a game plan using the Cloward/Piven strategy to overload and collapse the capitalist system under its own weight so that it can then be replaced with communism. This is the final act we have been warned about over the past 50 years while voters had their eyes closed - thinking it can’t happen in America. Well, my friend, it is happening now.

Wouldn’t you like to know who Obama is in communications with on his Blackberry - that he doesn’t want in the White House records? What a perfect setup for him to be able to get away with these illegal communications in violation of White House protocol and U.S. law. I think we need to see his call records and text messages from this device and find out exactly what he has been using it for. A bipartisan congressional investigation would seem to be appropriate here, if only we could depend on Congress to deliver honest results.

The good news is that something like this has never been tried on this country before. They have underestimated the will of the free American people to remain free. Their effort is going to backfire in the next election when Republicans take over Congress. Obama will not complete his first term. He will likely be impeached before then, lose his mind, or be assassinated. Then the Congress and a new president will have a lot of work to do undoing all the damage Obama and the communists have done.

With talk radio, the Internet, and Fox News now becoming stronger than the alphabet networks, I hope there will be investigations into communism in America and it will be stamped out. There is nothing constitutional about communism in America. People have to start recognizing it for what it really is, and calling it what it really is. Whether you call it liberal, progressive, or whatever, it’s still communism. And Obama is a Communist, whether he knows it or not.

As for the national debt; that lying Obama goes in front of the cameras with his TOTUS and says he is concerned about the national debt and that we have to reverse it. Then he encourages Congress to spend more money, increase the budget deficit, and raise the national debt ceiling. These actions cannot possibly be from sheer stupidity; they have to be intentional. Everything he has done has been just the opposite of the actions one would take to fix the economy. It’s the same plan in place with national defense and the intelligence community. This has to be by design and cannot be dismissed as mere mistakes.
Don’t you feel proud to be a part of these historic times when America’s first communist president was elected? The Constitution doesn’t provide for czars, or the trampling of the free market or personal and states rights. When a new Republican controlled Congress takes over in 2011, impeachment hearings should begin, if not before. Obama’s violations, disrespect and disdain for our Constitution cannot be allowed to stand.

Until then, tell Obama to keep his fascist hands off of our healthcare and off of our last frontier of freedom, the Internet.

Readers are writing Canada Free Press to ask why Barack Obama is addressing America’s entire school population just three days before the eighth anniversary of 9/11 and four days before the people’s Sept. 12 march on Washington, D.C.

Obama is doing to American school children exactly what was done to him: Indoctrination.

It was indoctrination by social activists that brought a young Obama to the streets of Chicago as a community organizer.

There is no report card or graduation for a community organizer only indoctrination.

Is it fair for Obama to use America’s school population as his private teaching ground?

No. Especially when you know this overblown professor can’t be counted on to teach the textbook set the proven downside of socialism; that it has, over time flunked everywhere else it has been tried; that it kills the human soul and inevitably leaves a path of human misery in its wake.

For politicians cum professors, vulnerable children in classrooms make the perfect captive audience.

If Obama’s campaign speeches won over adult voters, who fell for his promise of hope and change, what chance does an impressionable young student have to escape the propaganda of a slick and smarmy Socialist?

Textbook bumpersticker education that teaches children what to think, not how to think

Classic Liberal Education would be more appropriately served if the youngsters forced to listen to Obama’s speech were addressed as well by someone from the other side of the political spectrum.

But leftwing educators, who have ruined public education, are into propaganda not fairness. They are into textbook bumpersticker education that teaches children what to think, not how to think.

It’s been going on uninterrupted for decades in education systems that fail any country’s most valuable asset, the eager up and coming generations who are tomorrow’s leaders.

Indeed, the left virtually dominates education, a fact not missed by Obama, who fresh out of law school took over the first chairmanship of the Chicago Annenberg Challenge, a group that poured more than $100 million into the hands of community organizers and radical education activists.

Taking advantage of his status as POTUS to go into the classroom at the beginning of the school year, speaks volumes of Obama’s bold agenda for the United States of America.

This from a man whose own school records are sealed off from public view.

In the upside-down world of Barack Obama, the virtues of socialism begin with the ABC’s.

Wonder if his daughters’ private school will be subject to this assault on public education, or are they taught socialism in nightly bedtime stories?

In the days when the writer of this column was education columnist for the Toronto Sun, teachers were taking their grade school students out to the roads on peace marches. The children could hoist the signs they made in class at motorists—including their misspelled messages.

One student group taken out on the march by their teacher was young enough to be dubbed “the teddy bear brigade” by local media.
Although as far as is known never by a president, exercises in indoctrination by leftwing social activists has been tried too many times before.

The largely Ukrainian parent population of Humberside Collegiate in west end Toronto were outraged when the school principal invited the KGB to address the student assembly en masse. Parental requests for speakers who lived under communism to address the assembly in an attempt for balance, were turned down, and the media was banned from attendance.

The KGB address took place during the Soviet occupation of Afghanistan. Incredibly the Soviets told students they had invaded Afghanistan at the “request” of the Afghan people. One enterprising student covertly taped the entire address and delivered it Yours Truly at the Toronto Sun.

Years later, some of those very students came to Toronto Free Press (forerunner of CFP) as co-op students. Most of them were anti-communist.

One of the instructions in the Prek-6 Menu of Classroom Activities for President Obama’s Address to Students Across America is laughable: “Why is it important that we listen to the President and other elected officials, like the mayor, senators, members of congress, or the governor? Why is what they say important?”

Obama can’t force their parents to listen to what he and other elected officials are saying, so he is now merely trying to force-feed their children.

Parents who don’t want to keep their children home on September 8 can trump this administration’s latest agenda. So as not to give too much attention to the arrogant Obama, they can always draw on treacherous characters of the past like Tokyo Rose or Lord Haw-Haw to teach their children Propaganda 101.

Meanwhile, you can come off like a cult leader in certain groups, be a Pied Piper to a fawning media and have your pictures on cups and t-shirts sold by NBC.

But even a president can’t force-feed parents Socialism through their school-aged kids!

The Executive Orders (first of a three part series)

I believe it is imperative to make the American public aware that Obama has the authority to suspend the constitution, confiscate our guns, round us up and move us to FEMA camps, forcibly inoculate, seize all communications media, etc. "The Executive Orders" is the first in a series of three. The Executive Orders

Barack Hussein Obama already has the legal authority to enslave the United States citizenry. That power was allocated to the office of President of the United States in a series of executive orders signed into law one by one throughout the last several administrations.

The persuasion for enacting these orders was to

• postulate some imaginary crisis that MIGHT occur — devastating hurricane, massive terrorist attack, virulent pandemic, and
• define draconian authority for the president to deal with the hypothetical emergency.

The tools for a Marxist takeover of the United States are already in place. All that remains is to manufacture a crisis to trigger the implementation of these executive powers. Hurricanes are still random events of nature, so the socialist revolutionaries in the executive branch must look at the other two options.

The sudden attack on the Central Intelligence Agency that we are currently witnessing will weaken our ability to forestall a terrorist attack. The vaccine for the H1N1 virus being forced on the citizens without adequate testing has the lethal ability to CAUSE a pandemic. So the flashpoint for implementing the “new order” may be one of these two catastrophes.

Most citizens are blissfully ignorant of the state defined by the executive orders, one in which the government can forcibly take control of every aspect of their lives. They are preoccupied with the activities of everyday life — working, raising their children, going to church, enjoying their vacation days. Those of us who have become aware of the “clear and present danger” must alert everyone to the scope of these executive orders — before it is too late.

And this must be done immediately, in light of the power grab currently being undertaken by the Obama administration. In a bill currently before the Senate, Obama is seeking authority to shut down the Internet. Note that he already has the power to suspend the Constitution and to nullify habeas corpus and all other personal liberties and rights, which would include the power to confiscate our guns.

The Executive Orders

Here’s a partial list of executive orders that already have the force of law — The FEMA list of Presidential Executive Orders. All of these were in place before Barack Hussein Obama took the oath of office:

Are Our Great Days as a Nation on the Way to Oblivion?

This piece is not the product of a distorted imagination, it is a very possible scenario that could occur in about a dozen days from now. Our position in the United States has grown very precarious due to our negligence in permitting an unqualified, unknown and untested charlatan to usurp our highest elected office as well as a majority of liberals to support him.

I am making this possibility known in the hopes that the citizens of this country will wake up to the possibilities of such a happening and be prepared for any such eventuality including resistance to it. During this period of time, we must be aware of the dangers of a man in power who lusts for more and complete power over all of the people.
IT COULD HAPPEN JUST LIKE THIS:
On September 12, 2009 a massive demonstration of American citizens opposed to the Health Care Plan and other measures favored by President Obama and liberal Democrats will and must take place in our nation’s capital, Washington, DC. The numbers could possibly exceed one million participants coming from every state in the Union.
At some point during these demonstrations, which are designed to be peaceful protests against our ever more tyrannical government, there is bound to be some sort of disorderly dissent, most likely prompted and agitated by the aggressive labor union paid thugs, but made to appear as if started by the orderly and peaceful citizens, there only to show their presence and dissatisfaction with our ruling party in power and its highly unpopular governing decisions.
Almost concurrently with any sort of disorder or altercation, as said, ignited by the paid crowd disrupters hired by the liberal administration to break up any peaceful efforts by the citizens, the President and his henchmen could immediately call for an emergency cessation of any further public demonstrations and dispersal of the people with force if necessary.
This unnecessary emergency crackdown on the peaceful citizen marchers demonstrations will also result in some sort of governmental crackdown and even possibly a dictate of Martial Law with suspension of civil rights to quell any further gatherings for an undetermined period of time, stretching beyond the national elections in 2010, causing a postponement until the Obama Administration deems it is safe to hold them. This, of course, will be a long time after any such elections should have been held.
Public gatherings of more than two persons at any given time and place will be strictly prohibited and even other gatherings of citizens in other venues such as churches, meeting halls, athletic events, or family get-togethers will be monitored by armed and in protective gear, labor union thugs to prevent any collusion or secret plans for rebellion.
Christmas and other Christian or Jewish religious holidays or days of worship will be banned until further notice. Schools will hold Islamic teaching classes in which adults will be expected to participate after children’s school hours.
All government officials will be automatically extended in their positions at the pleasure of the President. Two party Congressional protocols will be forbidden and only the new ruler’s commandments will be the order of the day for business therein.
In other words, Obama will rule himself to be the Supreme Commander of the United States until further notice and his Martial Law will prevail. The United States Constitution will be declared null and void and only the commandments and directives of the Supreme Commander will be considered and obeyed.
All good citizens should pray that the true Judeo-Christian God prevents this from happening.

GUIDELINES FOR TEACHERS & STUDENTS FROM THE DEPT. OF EDUCATION:

Before the Speech:

• Teachers can build background knowledge about the President of the United States and his
speech by reading books about presidents and Barack Obama and motivate students by asking
the following questions:

Who is the President of the United States?
What do you think it takes to be President?
To whom do you think the President is going to be speaking?
Why do you think he wants to speak to you?
What do you think he will say to you?

• Teachers can ask students to imagine being the President delivering a speech to all of the
students in the United States. What would you tell students? What can students do to help in
our schools? Teachers can chart ideas about what they would say.

• Why is it important that we listen to the President and other elected officials, like the mayor,
senators, members of congress, or the governor? Why is what they say important?

During the Speech:

• As the President speaks, teachers can ask students to write down key ideas or phrases that are
important or personally meaningful. Students could use a note-taking graphic organizer such as
a Cluster Web, or students could record their thoughts on sticky notes. Younger children can
draw pictures and write as appropriate. As students listen to the speech, they could think about
the following:

What is the President trying to tell me?
What is the President asking me to do?
What new ideas and actions is the President challenging me to think about?

• Students can record important parts of the speech where the President is asking them to do
something. Students might think about: What specific job is he asking me to do? Is he asking
anything of anyone else? Teachers? Principals? Parents? The American people?

• Students can record any questions they have while he is speaking and then discuss them after
the speech. Younger children may need to dictate their questions.

After the Speech:

• Teachers could ask students to share the ideas they recorded, exchange sticky notes or stick
notes on a butcher paper poster in the classroom to discuss main ideas from the speech, i.e.
citizenship, personal responsibility, civic duty.

• Students could discuss their responses to the following questions:
What do you think the President wants us to do?
Does the speech make you want to do anything?
Are we able to do what President Obama is asking of us?
What would you like to tell the President?

Russian Professor: Collapse Of America Could Begin In Two Months

Russian Professor Igor Panarin says that events are continuing to confirm his doomsday prediction first made over 10 years ago, that the United States will completely collapse like the Soviet Union before the end of 2010, and warns that the chaos could begin to unfold in as little as two months.

Panarin, doctor of political sciences and professor of the Russian Diplomatic Academy Ministry of Foreign Affairs, told journalists during the unveiling of his new book yesterday that President Obama has done nothing to forestall the fast approaching crisis and that it could begin to properly unfold in November.

“Obama is “the president of hope”, but in a year there won’t be any hope,” said Panarin. “He’s practically another Gorbachev – he likes to talk but hasn’t really managed to do anything. Gorbachev at least had been a secretary of a regional communist party administration, whereas Obama was just a social worker. His mentality is totally different. He’s a nice person and talks nicely – but he’s not a leader and will take America to a crash. When Americans understand that – it will be like a bomb explosion.”

Since 1998, Panarin has been warning of a future disintegration of the United States and the collapse of the dollar. The recent election victory for Japan’s Democratic Party is another sign that the economic collapse of the U.S. is imminent, according to Panarin.

“Today I received another confirmation that the collapse of the dollar and the US is inevitable. Japan’s Democratic Party won the election, and I’d like to remind you that its leader [Yukio Hatoyama] has the snubbing of the dollar among his economic plans. In plainer words, he plans to transfer Japan’s monetary reserves from US dollars into another currency. The move will seriously accelerate the dollar’s exchange slump as early as this November. Disintegration will follow shortly,” he said, adding that next year China would also begin to massively dump the dollar and that Russia would begin to sell oil and gas for roubles.

Panarin previously stated that the dollar would eventually be replaced with “a common Amero currency as a new monetary unit”, referring to the Security and Prosperity Partnership agreement between the U.S., Canada and Mexico.

He foresees the U.S. breaking up into six different parts, roughly along lines similar to those of 1865 during the Civil War, “The Pacific coast, with its growing Chinese population; the South, with its Hispanics; Texas, where independence movements are on the rise; the Atlantic coast, with its distinct and separate mentality; five of the poorer central states with their large Native American populations; and the northern states, where the influence from Canada is strong,” according to Panarin.

Longer term, Panarin predicts that the breakaway states will eventually be taken over by the European Union, Canada, China, Mexico, Japan and Russia and America will cease to exist altogether, as depicted in the illustration above.

Panarin blames the collapse on a “political elite that implements an absurd and aggressive policy that aims to create conflicts around the planet” and warns that increasing firearms sales in the U.S. are a sign that people are preparing for “chaos” in the aftermath of a total financial meltdown.

“In my opinion, the probability of the US ceasing to exist by June, 2010 exceeds 50%. At this point, the mission of all major international powers is to prevent chaos in the US,” Panarin concluded.

Why we must March on Washington

Throughout history governments have ignored the rights of citizens and instead have maximized their own power. Those in public office have used it for their own personal gain, or to take wealth from some and give to others in order to maintain their own power. It is a classic model that hasn’t changed much in thousands of years.

The modern iteration of this is a leviathan federal government run by a political party based precisely on such principles. The bread and circuses of Roman times have merely been replaced with redistribution of wealth and a paternalistic state.

The other major political party in America ostensibly believes in limited government and free markets, but as the previous administration proved, these principles are practiced only when convenient. Sometimes it may be necessary to disregard the free market, “in order to save it.” How disapointing.

The flame of liberty does not depend upon the success or failure of either political party in America. No one politician or party can keep that flame lit well into the future. Ultimately it is up to those that care deeply about freedom to stoke the embers, and protect them from the wind.

In the last year or so those of us who cherish liberty have been pushed up against a wall. We have watched the federal government bail out the elites on Wall Street for their own bad decisions. We have seen a new president waste a trillion dollars on failed economic ideas and increase our debt to dangerous proportions. We have heard the soaring rhetoric and watched the media fawn all over this new president who we are told is a new FDR. But we don’t want another FDR. We want our freedom, we want less government in our lives and we want to be left alone.

As we watched the size and scope of government grow exponentially this year we rose up in protests across the country. It is not in our nature as conservatives and libertarians to protest, but we had exhausted all other forms of communication to our elected officials. In late February hundreds or even thousands of Americans responded to the call for another Boston Tea Party by demonstrating in cities across the country.

We were mocked, we were doubted and we were vilified. They said that we were merely acting out, or that we wouldn’t be able to muster another protest like that. Weeks later, on tax day, more than a million of us came out again to send a much louder message to our elected officials. We had spent the previous weeks organizing, making signs, pleading with our friends and family to come out and be heard. We made history that day and shocked the elite media, which couldn’t quite figure out what was going on. Again, we were told that the protests wouldn’t continue, that we weren’t real.

But we pressed on, and continued to plan events around the country on July 4th and July 17th. The media essentially ignored us and barely mentioned the growing movement beneath their upturned noses. In early August everyone seemed surprised when thousands of us showed up at town hall meetings across the country and took advantage of our chance to meet face to face with the same politicians that have been voting for socialism in America. Now the attacks from the media and the left became more forceful, more ugly, more false. Finally, we had gotten our feet under us as a movement and had began to push back against the forces of socialism. The scene across the country was, I’m told, reminiscent of the sixties. Only this time the radicals were the ones protesting against the left-wing establishment.

Now we come to the heat of August, and the protests and town hall meetings are keeping the pressure on the politicians. As one woman in Pennsylvania told a prominent senator, “You have awakened a sleeping giant.” This month the media and the left will continue to write us off, or malign us, but we will press on. And once the dust settles and the politicians return to Washington, they will think that it is all over. They only wish.

As the politicians return, we will follow them to Washington. We will come from every state, in big cities and small towns, to descend upon the capitol building with one voice. Our message will be a simple one: we demand our freedom. We reject the growth of the federal government and want our republic restored. This is not, and never will be, a socialist nation.

We will march on Washington on September 12th because we must. Because we have to turn the temperature up on the politicians to remind them once again that we will not go quietly into the night. We will work harder and out-organize the taxpayer-funded left wing groups like ACORN. We, the producers of this country will not be taken over by the looters and their representatives in Congress.

A march on Washington is necessary because it is the natural next step for a growing movement that started with a spark in Cape Coral, Florida and Elkhart, Indiana. A movement where a handful of people inspired others thousands of miles away to take to the streets because if the folks in Cape Coral could do it, so could the folks in Elkhart. We march on Washington because it will take a massive gathering of liberty-loving Americans to make such an impact on Congress and the president that we stop the current slide to socialism. When the national and international press see that the American people have gathered by the thousands in one place, at one time, to stand in solidarity with the constitution and the declaration of independence, no longer will we be written off.

We have the opportunity to come together at this march and make our mark in a way that previous Americans before us have done. We can keep the flame of liberty lit for future generations, but we all have to put in the work to do so. We are only two weeks away from September 12th, a day in which we can finally speak in one, loud voice for freedom. I believe that if we can pull this off, we can stop the government takeover of health care and the energy sectors, and stop this rapid socialist experiment before it eliminates any more of our liberty.

My personal appeal to you is to spend the next two weeks helping to spread the word about this event. Charter a bus, recruit more people, call talk radio and do everything else in your power to alert your fellow Americans to this cause. If we work together we can make history and throw a counter punch to big government that will put it on the ropes. From there, we can begin regaining our liberty and restoring our republic to its original founding. This is why we must march on Washington on September 12th.

There is considerable irony involved when a Russian warns Americans against what is taking place before their eyes as President Obama seeks to transform and ultimately acquire dictatorial powers by a series of steps that are both bold and obvious.

In April, Stanislav Mishin’s post on his blog, Mat Rodina, was published in Pravda. The title was “American capitalism gone with a whimper.”

Having lived under Communist rule in the former Soviet Russia, Mishin and his fellow Russians were literally freed by the fall of that regime that began with the overthrow of the Czar in 1917 by the Bolsheviks. What followed was an experiment in Communism that killed millions of Russians as a succession of dictators, starting with Lenin, sought to impose an economic and political system that simply does not work.

Mishin enumerated the ways the path to the present effort to destroy capitalism and our political system has been laid in America.

“First, the population was dumbed down through a politicized and substandard education system based on pop culture, rather than the classics.” There are few that would argue that the American education system is not controlled by the National Education Association, a union, and the American Federation of Teachers, a union. Both have long supported the Democrat Party. Virtually every way one can measure the system reveals its failure to educate the millions passing through government schools.

“Then their faith in God was destroyed, until their churches, all tens of thousands of different ‘branches and denominations’ were for the most part little more than Sunday circuses…” America is a “religious” nation if one looks at the survey numbers of those who say they believe in a supreme being. This, however, is not reflected in the breakdown of moral values as seen in the spread of pornography, the use of illegal drugs, the divorce rate, and the touchstone issue of abortion in America. Our popular culture is drenched in sex and violence.

“The final collapse has come with the election of Barack Obama,” says Mishin. I would argue that the threat Obama poses to the U.S. Constitution and to our economy is indisputable. “His spending and money printing has been (a) record setting,” all pointing to an America that “will resemble the Wiemar Republic and at worst Zimbabwe.” The former preceded the Nazi takeover of Germany in the 1930s and the latter’s money is worthless.

What better way to destroy America than to destroy the value of the U.S. dollar, the standard against which all other currencies are set? If you want to know why Obama has instituted the spending of billions in just over a half year’s time and imposed a $9 trillion deficit on the nation, you need look no further for an explanation.

Nor did it escape Mishin’s notice, having lived in a nation in which all industry was under the control of a central government, that under Obama the government now owns General Motors and that the President demanded and got the resignation of the company’s former president. Every other CEO in America got the message. No where in the Constitution will you find permission for public money to be spent in this fashion.

The ironies and the threat to our nation continue. “Prime Minister Putin…warned Obama…not to follow the path to Marxism, it only leads to disaster.”

In brief, here’s the case for free market capitalism as opposed to government-run enterprises and interference.

The U.S. Postal Service was established in 1775. It took 234 years to get it right. It is broke.

Social Security was established in 1935. It has had 74 years to get it right. It is broke. Cost of living increases to recipients will not be enacted for the next two years. It is broke.

Fannie Mae, an intrusion into the housing and mortgage market place was established in 1938. There have been 71 years to get it right. It is broke and it was a major contributing factor in the failure of the mortgage lending system and the present failures of banks across the nation. Likewise, Freddie Mac was established in 1970. After 39 years to get it right, it is broke.

The “war on poverty” set in motion in 1964 was a classic “redistribution of money” as a transfer to “the poor.” Now the nation is, for all intents and purposes, broke.

Medicare and Medicaid were established 1965. After 44 years, both are broke.

The Obama administration is allegedly seeking to “reform” both by rationing medical services to the elderly while expanding the systems to require all Americans to involuntarily purchase insurance. Universal healthcare requires more doctors. Until tort reform is enacted and until doctors can be free to practice in a free market, there will be fewer and fewer doctors.

The trillions of dollars spent by TARP and the Omnibus Appropriations Act of 2009, are showing no signs of working. ACORN, a “community organizing” group received millions and is likely to be given a working role in the forthcoming U.S. Census, a program that is part of the Department of Commerce, but whose management has been transferred to the White House!

“The proud American will go down into his slavery without a fight, beating his chest and proclaiming to the world how free he really is. The world will only snicker,” predicted Mishin.

If the town hall meetings and “tea parties” from coast to coast are any indication, Mishin is wrong that Americans will not fight. A forthcoming September 12 protest gathering in Washington, D.C., is likely to draw more than a million protesters to the capitol.

Obama and his panoply of “czars” have only a few months in which to manufacture a “crisis"as a pretext to transfer all power to the White House. They will fail.
