  1. I know we are in for a long up-hill slog, and NO ONE should be counting chickens yet, but this is, indeed, very good news.

Continue to support Orly Taitz and Gary Kreep, as they are both going to need prayers, and, I would assume, some cash to keep the forward momentum.

  2. Does this mean they can begin discovery?

  4. Isn't this just the minutes of the hearing with the same dates listed for any possible future hearings until the actual order re: dismissal is made??

  6. These various motions are pre trial rule setting type business.

I expect even though Discovery is not specifically mentioned, as the case has been ordered forward, discovery becomes self evident or de facto.

Obama should be receiving subpoenas and demand for depositions, whether he defies the court remains to be seen.

This news is without doubt very very good for We The People!

  7. Amen, I hope the info is for real. How can I confirm for sure, I wonder. I could call the court house. But otherwise I am thrilled. I just do not want to tell everyone if it is wrong.

  8. This information is from Orly Taitz Esq., it is for real!

The correct styling of the suit is Barnes v Obama, I've been referring to it as Keyes v Obama which is how it started out months ago

  9. Nice! This is a great start! Remember, there is a LONG road ahead yet... In the meantime, everyone should prepare personally... Remember what happens to a scared, cornered wild animal when it is about ready to be taken out.....

  12. I am soooooo confused - why are some sites playing this down!

Giveusliberty? What does this mean (from freepers): The fact that the court set a trial date is calendar housekeeping. It means nothing if the motion to dismiss is granted.

Are you sure? I'm nervous that the feds are going to pull something December 7th...ala Pearl Harbor. I hope it's going to be Obama's "Day that will live in infamy," and that it will be the beginning of his end!

  14. I have said that we are going to hell in a handbasket and Obama is weaving it faster and faster. We have to take action to get this downfall of the United States stopped. Obama, according to what I read and heard, closed the records in Hawaii by executive order so that no one could see the actual, if there is one, birth certificates. It would be nice if you could find someone who had a child, same hospital, same day to see if they remember seeing the mother there. I'm sure it is not a large hospital where he was allegedly born.

  15. It isn't going to do any good to get Obama out of office if we elect his secret cronies that are waiting in the wings for us to vote OUT our incumbent Senators and Representatives. By voting OUT the incumbents, we could very well be voting IN leaders that will hurt us a lot more. Helloooo - when did Congress ever keep their campaign promises? Once they're in office, they can vote any way they want to.
Do you actually think that voting out the incumbents will assure us that the men and women replacing them will serve American citizens?!

  16. Wrong, this episode has reawkened America's vigil. Candidates are going to be scrutinized as never before. Any inkling of treason will be grounds for imprisonment or worse, we need to get some legislative protection. Our good citizens are going to step forward.
