Rubio opposes independent investigation of Benghazi

Are they all corrupt and rotten?
The GOP’s shining prince, Marco Rubio of Florida, who was elected to the U.S. Senate only two years ago, says he opposes an independent investigation into the terrorist attack on our consulate in Benghazi, Libya, which took the lives of four Americans, including that of Ambassador Christopher Stevens.

Javier Manjarres reports for Florida’s The Shark Tank, Nov. 26, 2012, that Rubio was the headliner at a rally for Israel held at a South Florida Jewish Community School last weekend, where he reiterated his support for America’s closest ally in the Middle East and took a few questions from the media as he exited the event.

Rubio expressed his deep concerns about the lack of security measures that the U.S. government was responsible for at its consulate in Benghazi, Libya which led to the murder of four Americans. He said:

“My number one concern about the Benghazi situation is that knowing it was a very dangerous place that was growing even more dangerous, the United States did not supply sufficient security for that consulate in Benghazi, and as a result, four brave Americans lost their lives.  We need to make sure how that happened, so that it never happens again.”

When asked whether an independent investigation was warranted to get to the bottom of what really happened both in the run up to the attack on the consulate and its aftermath, Rubio maintained that an independent investigation was not necessary.
Rubio, who sits on the Senate Select Committee on Intelligence and is privy to intelligence briefings, insisted that Congress was more than capable of conducting an investigation into the matter:

“I don’t think it has to be independent (investigation) the bottom line is that, the Congress is fully capable, I am on the intelligence committee, I am on the Foreign Relations committee in the Senate, I think that those committees are fully capable of investigating why there was not sufficient security provided to the personnel in Benghazi, and how that could’ve been prevented.”

There is no sugar-coating this: the administration lied to to country about what happened. The massacre was a foreseeable result of Obama’s policy of empowering Islamists. Moreover, the massacre cut against the Obama campaign narrative that killing bin Laden had effectively destroyed al-Qaeda. The Mohammed movie was blamed in order to divert attention from those facts as the administration played out the clock until election day. Rice, an ambitious Obama loyalist, was sent out to convey the misleading version of events and dutifully complied.

Senator Charles Schumer has recently proposed a new law to tax Americans heavily for leaving the United States. It was in reaction to the news that Eduardo Saverin, co-founder of Facebook, had renounced his American Citizenship and was taking his $2 billion dollars in capital gains with him. Schumer proposed to tax him 30%. Sadly John Boehner, Republican, Speaker of the House (I still think he’s a disguised Democrat), said he would support the measure.

A state lawmaker in Maryland has asked the FBI to impound two voting machines used in the 2012 election to determine whether there was a malfunction or something nefarious going on.

“I just feel it is my duty to try to get to the bottom of this,” state Delegate Kathryn Afzali told WND today. “We’re not making any accusations. The Board of Elections are good people. They have checks and balances … but we want to make sure everything is fair.”

She said a number of people contacted her after the Nov. 6 election to report that they pressed a touch-screen button for GOP candidate Mitt Romney, but the vote registered for Barack Obama.

WND has reported a number of first-hand accounts of similar anomalies during the election. One touch-screen technician reported that voters in another state were getting error messages on their touch-screens when they tried to vote for Romney.

Also, suspiciously, a number of precincts reported a 100-percent vote for Obama, and some even reported beyond 100 percent.

(CBS News) — United Nations Ambassador Susan Rice will meet with senators on Capitol Hill Tuesday to answer questions about the Sept. 11 attack in Benghazi, Libya. CBS News has learned her appearance will include a morning meeting with Sen. John McCain, R-Ariz., who has been among her biggest critics since her initial remarks on the attack.
Rice has come under fire from Republicans for her initial account of the attack five days after it took place, when she suggested that there was no evidence the incident was an act of terrorism. On CBS News’ “Face the Nation,” in one example, she said the “assessment at present” was that “based on the best information we have to date…it began spontaneously in Benhgazi as a reaction to what had transpired some hours earlier in Cairo, where of course as you know there was a violent protest outside our embassy sparked by this hateful video.” She added that “extremist elements” then joined the effort.
The White House later said the assault was a preplanned terror attack, and some Republicans have suggested that they would block Rice’s possible nomination to become Secretary of State for her role in what some say was a cover-up by the administration. Rice and her allies said she was merely repeating talking points given to her by the CIA and approved by the wider intelligence community. She said she “made clear that the information was preliminary, and that our investigations would give us the definitive answers.”
In recent days, top Republicans have seemed to soften their criticism. McCain said on “Fox News Sunday” that he could change his mind about blocking her potential nomination, saying he would “give everyone the benefit of explaining their position and the actions that they took.” He added that Rice is “not the problem.” Sen. Lindsey Graham, R-S.C. – who last week called Rice “so disconnected to reality I don’t trust her” – said Sunday he places the blame for the account on “the president above all others” and declined to say outright he would oppose Rice’s nomination to become Secretary of State.

Probable cause of massive voter fraud – and the highly fraudulent reports of votes cast - is already established: dramatically higher [statistically impossible] turnout than there are registered voters in precincts across America, all of which went for Obama; dramatic reported drop in Republican turnout; 5+ million ‘missing’ Republican votes; zero votes reported for Romney in precincts in multiple states; screens visibly flipping Romney votes to Obama; dramatic unpredicted ‘swing to Obama’ of Independents; dramatic drop of white votes reported [15 million];  80-100% Obama results in many precincts; highly suspicious activity by elections personnel on Election Day; reported ‘loss’ of states predicted to go Romney; dramatic reduction in crowds at Obama events, from the Democratic National Convention, onward; need for Obama Campaign to flow ‘un-traceable’ overseas funds into campaign coffers as summer progressed into autumn; general consensus that Romney won the Debates; huge enthusiasm for Romney; refutation of historically reliable Presidential Election Outcome models; results that flew in the face of innumerable political experts; and more.
So. I ask you, Romney/Ryan voters: what happened to the vote that you, in good faith, fully protected by The United States Constitution, cast for the candidates of your choice?
Was it one of millions quietly, sneakily, ‘invisibly’ trashed in the digital system, callously coded to take your vote, and diabolically twist it into a vote for Obama?
Did the vote you cast wind up being illegally counted to ‘elect’ the very man you voted to defeat?
Only a Forensic Investigation of the voting machines, accompanied by a certified CPA Audit of voters / votes cast, will tell you what fate befell your vote.
Demand it.
Fake elections are the hallmark of petty dictators. They take away our right to have the government we choose, as guaranteed by The United States Constitution.
It’s not supposed to be this way in America.

Don’t let them get away with it.
Your life depends on insisting upon independent investigation of the 2012 Elections. For, if they did this, and get away with it, what will they do next?

November 25, 2012 TPATH-  The utter contempt Obama has for the intelligence of the American people is staggering.  Once again Obama has used a woman to cover for and save his own behind.

During his press conference where the love swooned media failed to ask important questions, questions the American people need to know the answer to, the weasel who just stole the Presidency, dragged out Ambassador Rice and used her as a human shield.

The pretense was exactly the opposite of what the reality of this charade really was.  Acting as the Knight in Shinning Armor shielding his girl from the unfair attacks she had been receiving, he was actually laying her body down in the path of the oncoming attack.

By using his defense of her, he was able to avoid having to defend himself and his un-American and cowardly actions on September 11th.

And what was his defense of her?  Well he started by saying the equivalent of don't pick on the girl.  And then he finished off by stating don't blame her, she is a "Stepford Wife" idiot who knows nothing about anything and only does what she is told to do and has a vacuous female brain cavity without a single thought or perception of her own.

Some defense Mr. Obama.  No better help has been given to anyone since your support of American citizens who spent 7 hours fighting off hundreds of terrorists in Benghazi while you were resting up for a campaign rally.

Not only has the news media, surprise, surprise, allowed this cover up to continue by deceptively discussing some affair of a CIA Director, who changed wording of a report, what Ms. Rice knew or was told to say, who invented the concept of a video inspired spontaneous demonstration, or if Hilary Clinton really does have more skill at lying than Slick Willie.

The so called Republican Pundits, typical of their generations of being muzzled by the media and the left, also have failed to force this revolting user of people to answer just a few very important questions.

The questions Obama needs to answer, and  if he were a Republican, the media would ask him  at very opportunity, at every turn and in every editorial until they got them answered,  will be asked of Obama, not even once.

1. Where were you when you first heard that the gun running mission in Benghazi was under attack?

2. Who told you the mission was under attack?

3. Did you go to the White House Intelligence meeting which began as a result of the ongoing attack?

4. If  you did go there, how long did it take you to get there?

5. If you did get there, how long did you stay? Ten minutes or the entire 7 hours?

6. Did you give an order to send help to those brave heroes defending Americans and American interests?

7. If so, what were your exact words relating to that order?

8. If you did give that order, to whom did you give it?

9. Did you order anyone not to send help?

10. Did you order any official to be relieved of command that night?

11. If so, was he removed because he was trying to get help to Benghazi?

12. Was the Benghazi Mission holding and interrogating prisoners?

13. Was the Benghazi Mission supplying weapons to terrorists?

14. Mr. Obama, what time did you retire for the evening the night of September 11th?

15. Were your eyes closed for the night before our American hero's eyes were closed forever?

On the Friday November 23 edition of the Hagmann and Hagmann Report, Private Investigator Doug Hagmann reviewed what he called the “fourteen signposts to a totalitarian take-over”, as proposed by historian Dr. Warren Carroll. Articles discussing these warning signs have been published at a number of sites. (See links below)

The following eleven additional warning signs, all of which are plainly evident or threatened today, could well be added to this list:

a.      Confiscation of private retirement accounts;

b.      Restrictions on internet access or usage, or monitoring by government of internet and other digital traffic

c.       Takeover or effective control of large companies in one or more of the following major industries: media, finance/banking, health care, manufacturing;

d.      Abrogation or by-passing of key provisions of the Constitution;

e.       Suspension of, or failure to respect, normal processes of government;

f.       Refusal to respond to legitimate petitions for redress of grievances;

g.      Repeated instances of lying and/or concealment of information essential to public oversight of governmental functions;

h.      Indications of control and/or corruption of judicial processes such that courts become ineffective as a check on executive power;

i.        Indications of purging of high-ranking military officers;

j.        Indications of fraudulent elections;

k.      Uncontrolled monetary expansion accompanied by ineffective or non-existent budgetary processes.

These eleven additional warning signs, added to the original fourteen (see below), total twenty-five.

At least three of the original warning signs have already appeared (displayed in red), together with nine of the eleven additional warning signs; seven others have either been implemented in isolated localities, or are in various stages of rumor or discussion in the media (underlined).

So – of the 25 warning signs of a totalitarian take-over on our proposed list, 19 are either already evident or are the subject of rumors and/or public discussion.

Our government threatens to fine job creators in a bad economy. Our government threatens to fine a company that's raised wages four years running. Our government threatens to fine a family for running its business according to its beliefs. It's not right.

We've not only added jobs in a weak economy, we've raised wages for the past four years in a row. Our full-time employees start at 80% above minimum wage.

But now, our government threatens to change all of that. A new government healthcare mandate says that our family business MUST provide what I believe are abortion-causing drugs as part of our health insurance. Being Christians, we don't pay for drugs that might cause abortions, which means that we don't cover emergency contraception, the morning-after pill or the week-after pill. We believe doing so might end a life after the moment of conception, something that is contrary to our most important beliefs. It goes against the Biblical principles on which we have run this company since day one. If we refuse to comply, we could face $1.3 million PER DAY in government fines.

Our government threatens to fine job creators in a bad economy. Our government threatens to fine a company that's raised wages four years running. Our government threatens to fine a family for running its business according to its beliefs. It's not right. I know people will say we ought to follow the rules; that it's the same for everybody. But that's not true. The government has exempted thousands of companies from this mandate, for reasons of convenience or cost. But it won't exempt them for reasons of religious belief.

So, Hobby Lobby — and my family — are forced to make a choice. With great reluctance, we filed a lawsuit today, represented by the Becket Fund for Religious Liberty, asking a federal court to stop this mandate before it hurts our business. We don't like to go running into court, but we no longer have a choice. We believe people are more important than the bottom line and that honoring God is more important than turning a profit.

My family has lived the American dream. We want to continue growing our company and providing great jobs for thousands of employees, but the government is going to make that much more difficult. The government is forcing us to choose between following our faith and following the law. I say that's a choice no American — and no American business — should have to make. The government cannot force you to follow laws that go against your fundamental religious belief. They have exempted thousands of companies but will not except Christian organizations including the Catholic church.

The interview below with Osama bin Laden was conducted by the Karachi, Pakistan, daily newspaper, Ummat and published on September 28, 2001, 17 days after the alleged, but unsubstantiated, al Qaeda attack of September 11, 2001, on the World Trade Center twin towers and Pentagon. The interview was sensational. The alleged “mastermind” of 9/11 said that he and al Qaeda had nothing to do with the 9/11 attack. The British Broadcasting Corporation’s World Monitoring Service had the interview translated into English and made public on September 29, 2001.

Osama bin Laden’s sensational denial was not reported by the US print and TV media. It was not investigated by the executive branch. No one in the US Congress called attention to bin Laden’s refusal of responsibility for the greatest humiliation ever inflicted on a superpower.

To check my memory of the lack of coverage, I googled “Osama bin Laden’s interview denying responsibility for 9/11.” Some Internet sites reproduced the interview, but the only mainstream news source that I found was a 1 minute YouTube video from CNN in which the anchor, after quoting an al Jazeera report of bin Laden’s denial, concludes that “we can all weigh that in the scale of credibility and come to our own conclusions.” In other words, bin Laden had already been demonized, and his denial was not credible.
The sensational news was unfit for US citizens and was withheld from them by the american “free press,” a press free to lie for the government but not to tell the truth.

Besides PA, FL, OH, and VA I believe that are many more states stole by Obama operatives. Corruptible voting machines that don’t count all Romney votes, flip votes, and allow ballot stuffing are part of the major reason.  Then of course the election is fraudulent as aka Obama is NOT constitutionally qualified.
We need to concentrate on these states — file election fraud complaints based on impossible numbers –  for example, 100 registered voters but 300 votes or Obama winning 90% to over 100% of the registered voters.  We need to find voters that voted for Romney in the 100% plus counties/precincts all going for Obama.  If we get even a few people to sign an affidavit and complain themselves this should force these machines to be busted open and the programming codes investigated. You do not have to be a resident of the state to file an election voter fraud complaint, but it could be more useful to be from the state.  Final election results will be due in most states within days and complaints need to be filed within several days after final results are issued.  Call the state SOS to check on these dates.

I am working on compiling more info to make the process easier to file complaints, but don’t wait for me to get started.
Lawsuits can also be filed in these swing states and you do not have to be residents either in many if not all of the swing states.  State law needs to be investigated for the state you want to sue in.  Some of the info may already be available at the state links at the top of this page along with the state Secretary of State contact info.  Any election fraud complaints should also be filed with the state SOS.
